Great value quality product. Thankyou

I bought two hoody blankets whi h arrived when they said it would. Both are beatifully made and are better value for money than other similar brands. Good value for a premium product. Great!

Bad carrier.

The item was very good and the despatch time was also good but it was dispatched by Royal Mail and they ignored my change of date, They tried to deliver when they wanted, I made sure I was at home for the next scheduled delivery only to have it slung over the fence of my next door neighbour. Onesnug should use a different carrier,

Bought 2 & needed to exchange one

Bought 2 & needed to exchange one. Exchange process was easy & quick - good customer service. Purchased as gifts, both well received & these are much better quality, shape, better colours & less "in your face wacky designs" than the well known Australian brand!
