Excellent quality
Delivery was prompt. Product excellent but personally did not like the baggy sleeves. However, I was pleased with the cuff. It is very well made but sadly would be too hot for me as it is double layered so I am returning it. Will look for one that is single layered.

I ordered two one snug and one was the wrong colour, even when I emailed to advise, they still got it wrong. I was told I could return the item if it was in its original packaging, I had already taken it out of its packaging therefore I just had to keep it

I have had this Onesnug for nearly two weeks now, and it is great, so warm and comfortable,just as seen and advertised. I ordered on a Thursday and it was with me on the Monday, a great service. If you only buy one of these, make sure it's a Onesnug, you won't be disappointed, and from a company in Yorkshire UK, what's not to like? Excellent.
