I ordered something from oner active and there was a defect on one of the products. The team was super helpful and I am very satisfied with the treatment and my order. Super good brand and would definitely buy something again!

None of the matching items actually matched. Returns are a nightmare because it has to be to a FedEx location which there are few of where I live. 1 hour round trip because their products don’t match from a matching set

I bought a pair of joggers and a long-sleeve top. I’ve barely worn them but the threads are already coming loose and there are holes in the top. I expected this from low priced items and wouldn't purchase from here again

I wanted to love this sooo bad, but after two washes (mind you, 30 mins synthetics laundry program and air dryed) the strappy vest is ready to be trashed. Even the label has been completely washed out, logo disappeared. Would have never happened with lululemon.

Amazing customer service. Had an issue with my fleece and they immediately provided a solution for me. Love the products 😍

But the delivery is awful! It takes so long to come fedex are awful, I selected express delivery as I needed it for a campaign shoot and over a week later the package still hasn’t come!

Fedex only return drop off. Very little of them so had to walk 60 mins back and forth. Ended up charging me £5. They’re making it intentional difficult.

Didn’t like the fabric. I could see my private parts through it.

This company is not processing returns. You will not get your money back after returning the items!

It’s been 4 weeks since I placed my order and it hasn’t arrived. I have had a lot of back and forth with customer service receiving generic cookie cutter replies. They refuse to refund and refuse to send out a replacement order because they are apparently still waiting on FedEx.. which is taking weirdly long. Now they have stopped replying to my emails since I brought up my consumer rights and wanting to speak to a supervisor. this order was above £200. Don’t buy from this company unless you are willing to lose your money if your order doesn’t turn up.
*update- FedEx has said that Oner active hasn’t contacted them about this shipment and the only open case they have regarding this is with myself

I’m very impressed with Oneractive. I’ve ordered multiple items in the past from them and the quality is consistently great. The pieces are beautiful and the fit is really flattering, also for tall woman.

Recently, I had my first experience with their customer service because one item arrived with a damaged seam. They handled it extremely well. The response was quick, helpful, and very solution-oriented. I received a refund right away and was even allowed to keep the item, which I really appreciated.

Overall, both the products and the service have exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend Oneractive.

The things look cute don’t get me wrong but it’s absolutely overpriced + not even worth it for the materials and quality you get. There is no reason whatsoever to charge this much money BUT if you’re already so damn greedy AT LEAST give us high quality. Not sold with the customer in mind. Loads of other brands sell cute clothes for way less and way better- not worth it.

For the love of god, stop using FedEx as your return courier. They are beyond awful - to the point where I am going to stop buying anything from you.
Returning a set as the shorts are see through. Why is it so hard?!

Joanna with the customer experience team was wonderful in getting me a refund for some leggings that developed a hole after a few wears. With customer experience like this that treats you right I will continue to be loyal to Oner!

In 2026 the returns process should look something like this - you log in, you say you want to return an item and why, they say ok and send you a QR code so you can do so. 2026 and this company demands you have a printer which I do not have. Told me to go to a college or library to print it out? In 2026. I asked for the address to PAY for postage, sorry not possible. A very smart business model which stops younger people (their target audience) who will not have a printer as standard, from returning their items. I am now down £54. Do I bin them and not bother purchasing again, do I buy a printer to send back and get £10/15 back. Terrible customer service. Very disappointing.

I genuinely cannot put into words the level of professionalism and high level customer service ONER Active has shown with my last purchase. I bought two leggings which came out to be smaller than expected, and as the first time customer, I was unsure of my size. Despite the fact that some days had passed beyond their permissible return date, they nevertheless assisted me and gave me an exception to return and re-purchase the correct size. The team was excellent in providing high-level customer service and I 100% recommend this brand both for their products and their company culture and approach.

Poor quality for the price. Cheap material that fits poorly. Postage is shocking paying £9.99 for express and still takes a week. Will be returning and that seems a whole ordeal aswell. Very disappointing.

I order 2 times from this company and the first time the sizing was really bad and the second the soft motion leggings fit but made weird cuts and were super unflattering. Don’t be fool with all the social media promotion is all fake. Plus they take ages to give your refund back. 0/10 experience.

I bought this pink UnifiedMove Wrap Flared Bottoms for £60, which is quite expensive, so I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, they very disappointing. The fabric is very thin, completely see-through. I even wore white underwear underneath and it was still clearly visible.

I usually wear XS, but I ordered a size S so the they wouldn’t be overly tight, as I know many sportswear brands don’t pay enough attention to fabric thickness. Sadly, that didn’t help at all. For the price, I expected proper coverage and better quality material. It’s really disappointing to pay £60 for sportswear that are see-through . Hopefully they can pay attention to that ,especially with light colour sportswear

As a diamond member I’m already a huge fan of Oner Active. After tons of orders I had my first issue with my order. The customer service was so so good, gave me a good solution and fast reply. Honestly I never been treated this well by a customer service. 10/10!!

Save your money. The fabric quality of their leggings in particular is terrible. I ordered a pair of the EffortlessLift leggings and they’re completely see through when I lift or stretch. I can’t wear these to the gym.
