I ordered white UnifiedMove Pocket Jacket with some other stuff. And today when I received the order I noticed right after opening that the jacket had some yellow spots on it. I contacted the support group right away and almost at the same minute got an answer and a refund. Rowan who responded to me was really kind! I also think the Oner Active clothing is the best there is so I was super happy to notice that the customer service is also on top :)

I have reached out to the customer service and they really quickly replied and resolved my complaint. It is truly visible oner active cares about their customers.
If you order these leggings, try to size up as they are super tight.

Had an issue where I received leggings that had clearly been returned and were covered in dog hair. Poor reflection on checking returns. However I could fault the customer service from rowan who only hours later issued a refund.

I’ve ordered from them twice. The clothes are good quality. My second time ordering, I ordered on 3/27 and the package was lost on 4/6. It’s now 4/12 and they said I have to wait 10-12 more working days so they can hear from FedEx. Completely unacceptable!! Terrible customer service

I have ordered a lot of parcels from Oner now. They are clearly focused on the customer and constantly striving for better quality- and they are really achieving this. Let’s face it - there is no company that is ever going to be perfect all the time, however the way a team deals with you and the speed of how they rectify issues, this is what really matters. They are empowered to do it quickly rather than go through loads of layers and bureaucracy is amazing! Any small thing that is wrong, any issues you have - Oner will give you a refund or discount on next order on the spot.
I don’t know any company that does this or whose customer team truly chat to you and treat you like a real person and community member.
They take all feedback seriously which I think is so impressive. Even a small issue with a product would not make me stop buying from Oner as they understand their touch points with the customer and take it very seriously. The products and colours are amazing and I have literally changed my entire wardrobe to Oner now. Thanks for your constant drive to make women feel great in what they wear! X

I have been buying from Oner for years and never usually have any problems with their items. I recently received an order where a pair of trousers arrived slightly damaged sadly. I contacted Customer Service and they came back to me within a day. After I'd sent them images of the fault, they responded so quickly to process a full refund for me, which was in my account within a couple of days. Brilliant, straightforward experience. Proving once again why Oner is my favourite gym brand!

I have had a couple experiences with Oner Active’s customer service and each time I have had only positive experiences.
This last incident, I received my pastel yellow wide leggings with what seemed to be a blue ink mark on the waistband. When I opened the package, it was immediately noticeable due to the bright color. I had been waiting so anxiously to receive these items after purchasing them as soon as the Spring collection became live on their website.
I decided to still wear them instead of dealing with the hassle of returns (I am located in the US) but I still contacted customer service with photos and video of the item making them aware of the condition in which I received my item.
Customer service was prompt in their response and even stated they would issue a refund for the item.
It is because of the positive experiences with customer service that I will continue to be a loyal Oner Active customer!

I returned around $300 worth of items to Oner Active and had to chase them multiple times just to get my money back. Every single time I contacted customer support, I received the same canned, copy‑paste apology with zero concrete information about what was actually happening or when I would be refunded. It genuinely felt like a human-managed AI response designed to stall rather than help.
According to their own website, refunds should already have been processed:
“Note that it can take 5–7 business days for your return to be processed, and a further 4–6 business days for your refund to show on your bank account.”
By day 18, they still “didn’t know” when I’d get my money back. That’s simply not serious.
What’s especially important (and something Oner Active seems to conveniently ignore) is that this is a European-based company. EU consumer law is very clear: refunds must be issued within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof of return), regardless of where the customer lives. This is not optional.
The only reason I finally got my money back? I explicitly pointed this out in an email and made it clear they were already in violation of EU law. Miraculously, my refund was processed immediately after that with a 20-day wait instead of the legal 14.
To make matters worse, I learned multiple other customers reporting the same issue, including one extreme case where someone was waiting 85 days for a $1,000 refund. That suggests this is not a one-off mistake but a pattern.
If you order from Oner Active, be aware:
You may need to fight for your refund
Customer support provides polite but empty responses
Your money might only be returned once you threaten legal compliance
Stylish activewear is not worth this level of stress. I will never order from them again.

Honestly would not bother.
I’d been saving up for a pair of soft motion leggings and don’t get me wrong they are lovely! But I’ve washed them once and they have bobbled, the thread has ruined and come off and I’m really disappointed. Absolutely terrible quality, I’d expect more from SHEIN never mind £65 on some leggings to wear once.
Followed Krissy for years and didn’t think her company would let her down like this
