Wonderful customer service skills

Great customer service skills I spoke to the loveliest lady who made my experience with OnePay very satisfying so happy, friendly, and very helpful going through the process I think OnePay is doing a great job helping people being able to have a bank card and access there earnings without having next to no ID like myself getting turned away from banks even building society’s for not having enough proof of ID you have made it so much easier for me now as before I was having to use my mums and partners bank accounts to get paid into now I will be able to manage my own money for the first time in years thank you OnePay your doing a great job many thanks Tina x

The ladies that answer my calls are…

The ladies that answer my calls are very respectful and polite, I have no problems with onepay services , I have banked with onepay since 2020 and I shall continue to do so and when my card and phone was stolen in Spain they accepted my mother to block my card as I couldn't block my card myself , many thank you's for your service

Fast and efficient customer services .

Fast and efficient customer services .. never left waiting in long queues and always dealt with in a friendly manner and even happy to explain banking queries. Very happy with the service provided considering there is no actual bank to go to.
