thanks and request …

thank you for helping me solvemy problem and nice services i have one thing but my online account has not been working for several month customers like that cannot check their account balance this is unprofessional and in the future onepay customers may resign from using your bank and go to the competitive bank please fixed quickly thank you

Problem solved

Very helpful and my quieres were rectified.
I did have a problem trying to understand what the young man was saying, I had to ask him to repeat himself. Misunderstanding his request for Postcode.... as being Passcode Passport and postcard!!
