The video never generate and they said I had enough tokens to cover the video and then ended up in the negative by -250 tried to contact support they never responded lost my tokens and video

They give you free tokens as a basis plan, but you can do nothing to try it out.
Really bad.

Signed up, confusing repeated questions caused me to subscribe twice but worse when I tried to use the SUPER subscription I had paid for it did not recognise my payments and left me on the basic test subscription which did not allow me to develop my planned video. None of the links they offered as service avenues worked or ever responded. All emails bounced back as no such email. My payments were still taken from my bank and every effort to log into my "Super" subscription has failed. I have now lodged a fraud complaint with my bank. They evidently host wan 2.2 to generate videos but even they were unable to locate any subscription from me. All potential users, including wan 2.2 should be aware how, onemoreshot or 1moreshot, are treating potential customers with complete disdain. Even the cancel subscription button fails to operate. If my experience is an indication of their customer treatment and neglect, stay well away from this download.

Rubbish. Signed up. Paid first subscription. Got some tokens, about 6000. Tried to make a vid clip, but asked me to buy more tokens to complete the process! No indication on site of how many tokens are required to make each video, so the subscription i signed up for is obviously insufficient! No assistance from the chat bot. Ive told my bank to cancel all future payments.

Don´t use this app, you don´t get a chance to edit anything unless you keep on paying more and more money ... the lipsync was terrible !!! and did not make any sense the changing of models hair and clothes in the middle of the video for no reason.. it really sucks !!

In trepidation I payed for a professional video to be created for my new song. I gave the brief as requested. In my disbelief what I received was terrible without any consideration for my instructions. It was cringe worthy and impossible to showcase it was that bad. I paid 60 dollars. I tried to edit the video but it was so bad I ran out of coins which then disabled any edit until I paid further monies. It was a total rip off. Then I tried to email the founder as he stated that any issue will come straight to him that was purely untrue. The email failed to send due to this company vetting the messages. Be wary as I was don’t be reeled in with these charlatans. I can’t comprehend that they can blatantly rip creative off. I am going to make sure my voice is heard,

I purchesed the Ultra Plan as it stated I could produce 8 mins of video with it. After uploading a 2 minute song and putting in the details to create the video it said I needed more credits. Approx 5500 in total for a 3 min video and the Ultra Plan only gives you 2200. I tried to talk to them via the chat but its all AI and no human interaction. Absolute rip off. Avoid Avoid Avoid.

Looks to be totally Ai operated with zero support. I tried using email, the link on their homepage doesn't work..i emailed them and my email was automatically returned...please be very careful before signing up to this company if they are indeed still in business.

I strongly advise against purchasing a subscription from OneMoreShot.ai. I purchased the "Ultra" annual plan (~200 Euro) based on their stated pricing: they claim 24,000 tokens allow for approximately 100 minutes of video (quoting "2,000 tokens for 8 minutes").

The Reality:

Misleading Math: I generated a single 5-minute video, and the system deducted 7,500 tokens. This is mathematically inconsistent with their sales pitch. At this rate, the expensive annual plan lasts for only a few clips.

Poor Quality: The output quality is nowhere near the examples shown on their landing page. The lip-sync was completely out of sync, and the AI ignored most of the specific prompts provided. It feels like a low-quality wrapper for older open-source models.

Non-existent Support: When I asked support about the excessive token consumption, they gave a vague answer ("it depends") and then stopped responding entirely.

I have initiated a dispute via PayPal for "Item significantly not as described". Do not fall for the marketing videos.

Terrible site and service. The only things that work properly on the website is the coins purchase page and the payment. No support whatsoever. The only AI I've seen was the chat bot, that's limited and has no human support. For the money they spend on publicity to show on every scroll, they would be better investing on support and getting the website in a better shape, as it shows very basic.

The idea behind the product may be great, but the AI is absolutely not capable to make even the most simple movies. Also, there is no way you can request a do over, even when the Problem is from their side. It's an experience but I would not use their service again.

Biggest waste of money ever. I have to wait 30 minutes for the video. And after spending $99 I'd have to spend more money to do my next one. CRAZY.

The movie is completely useless. I payed many money for making a video, that cant be used to anything else then getting a laugh.. its so ridiculous made.
Sync is completely out, face changes , water running the wrong way out of bottle.. and you cant get in contact with anyone.
