Warning about Onemoreshot!
In my opinion, this is nothing more than a scam designed to lure people in.
I was tempted by an ad claiming you could generate a video for free. But while uploading my files, I was suddenly told that I had to buy 500 credits first. So I paid $8 — and got nothing. No video at all.
Only after contacting customer support did I find out that to even test their AI, I would have to buy a $99 subscription. So the so-called “free” offer was just bait to get more money out of customers.
This looks like a deliberate strategy to drag people into a spiral of extra costs: first the “free” ad, then paid credits, and finally a mandatory subscription. There was no clear information upfront, just disappointment, wasted time, and unnecessary stress.
Customer support told me that my money should be refunded within a few days. I hope they actually keep their word.
I do not recommend this company at all. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from Onemoreshot.

Same here. Cancelled my subscription and deleted the account since they kept charging me. There is no way to cancel this account. I had to ask my bank to block the charges, but they still show up every month. It's been three months now.

I deleted my account days ago, I can no longer log in nor do I have a username or password, and they continue to charge me.
I am going to report improper charging by my bank. It's incredible. return the money

This app will literally rip you off. Paid $20 for a subscription for 2000 tokens. When I tried to generate 1 video it required 5000 tokens and asked me to purchase more tokens. Unsubscribed.

I actually had a great experience my first time using the app for a video. There were few errors but I reached out to them for some assistance and they fixed my problems and I plan to continue using their service..

I made 2 Videos and some had minor glitches that didn't bother me but the 3rd was not good at all. The Techs got straight onto it and agreed there was a problem and refunded all tokens. Done within 12 hours so pretty happy with that. I had another go and much better.

Awful video creations. You can’t even delete the purchase when you see how much does it take to create videos and images. You can’t even finish a single entire song with the tokens they give. Don’t waste your money on awful app! It’s a total scam

If you’re looking to create low-cost music videos using your own recordings, I wholeheartedly recommend One More Shot. When I first started with OMS, I used simple prompts in Auto mode and achieved decent results, but some scenes didn’t quite resonate. Instead of blaming the platform, I embraced the editing features and tailored each scene to align with my artistic vision and the song. As I learned to articulate my ideas more clearly, rather than relying solely on Auto mode, my videos transformed. It’s natural to seek perfection and to want quick results, but with AI, that’s not always feasible. Think of AI as a powerful tool to bring your ideas to life—it doesn’t perceive the world as we do. Videos came out terrible and they would not credit me back so I could try again. I strongky advise to use a different app.

I’ve subscribed before and genuinely loved the platform, the AI-generated videos are excellent, high quality, and very impressive. This time, I accidentally forgot to cancel my subscription and panicked when I saw the charge. When I reached out, their support team handled everything with kindness, patience, and professionalism.
A big thank you to Daniel for being so understanding and helpful. It really meant a lot during a stressful moment. Not many platforms combine great technology with such genuine human support.

Terrible videos. Im trying to get my money back

I tried this service several times, the first two times, my videos came out good. However 4 other videos that I had created were completely unusable. Each video had image errors, or video noise where the picture was actually gone, images pixilated, parts of the image are gone, table legs missing, then reappear, it's really endless. Onemoreshot.ai offers NO compensation, ZERO, in fact they do not even return emails. This service in my opinion based on my personal use, is just terrible, do not waste your money.

Review of OneShot

I purchased the $20 plan expecting it to be enough to generate a full music video. Nowhere on the site is it clearly explained that this plan is not sufficient to actually complete a video.

After uploading everything requested (prompt, photo, details), I was told that to finish the video I needed to pay an additional $50, on top of the $20 already paid. That means the real cost becomes $70 for a single video, which is not disclosed upfront.

There is also no preview, no example output, and no clear explanation of what the video will look like or what the system is capable of before paying. That lack of transparency makes it impossible to make an informed decision.

I chose not to continue, so I effectively lost $20 without receiving a usable result. That appears to be how the pricing flow works.

Canceling the subscription is possible, but it is not clearly explained. You have to find it on your own through the tokens section. While cancellation itself wasn’t technically difficult, the lack of guidance feels intentional and misleading.

I can’t comment on the actual quality of the videos because I didn’t proceed further. However, based on the pricing structure and lack of clear information, I would not recommend this site. The issue here is transparency and honesty, not just cost

I ask the ai to use an African American lady it gives me a white woman it also give me a beard then takes it away the sync with the music is off I just want them to give my credits back but they talking crazy if a customer not happy they should return the credits it should let you create the video and if you don’t like it it should be able to receive your money back and the keenest can’t keep the video in there que it’s just that simple it’s a bit worth it to use this app im so disappointed in the way that’s a handled

the only app that made a full music video at a decent price

Thought I would try it out. Spent $20 in monthly subscription. Only got 2,000 points. Not enough to generate a video and take it for a test run. They basically got $20 for free because I cancelled immediately after being told I'd need 4,600 more points to generate my video ($50 more). Which is not worth worth it for a video or music I don't even make an income off of. I want my money back for a product I couldn't and didn't get to use.
