What a slick & professional service!
A greatly computerised, and a phlebotomist (Blood Sucker!) who was extremely nice & professional.
I paid for the complete service, and all results were sent to me in about 2 days.

I used the drop-in clinic, and just had to wait 20 mins in the pleasant/clean waiting area. The phlebotomist was efficient and friendly. I needed a blood sample for another specialist clinic so it was specimen collection only with no testing involved, so I can't comment on that - but overall I would be happy to use this service again, and would recommend to others. I would have liked to speak on the phone first with a query, and then book a test but only a recorded message on day I phoned - hence one star off my overall experience.

Very quick and easy from start to finish and the results came back the same day! The option to book a GP appointment proved helpful with understanding my results in more depth.

Dominika was my phlebotomist at my appointment in Hove earlier this week. She was amazing, very dilligent in taking my blood sample, explained everything in a great detail. I am definitely returning there in the future. I also got the results on the very same day, very happy with the service and results - highly recommend!

I booked an appointment at Hove to have blood taken for a couple of tests.
The lady who took the blood was very friendly and efficient and made sure I was comfortable and that I knew timescales for the results.
The results themselves came through later that day.

Easy to book 2 important blood tests that I had tried to get surgery to do for me. They would only do one no good as they one i wanted was the important one gor our family. Easy to get done here clean clinical and pleasant staff mid morning samples done 5 pm both results and secure with password I recomend this if you need a blood test

I had a great experience at the OneDayTests clinic in Hove. The clinic is exceptionally clean, well organised, and very conveniently located in the centre of Hove.

Nurse Dominika was highly professional, kind, and very reassuring. I am extremely afraid of needles and often faint during blood tests, but she took my blood completely painlessly and with great care.

The results were delivered on the same day and were clear, transparent, and easy to understand, even for someone without any medical background.
