An excellent experience
An excellent experience. Booking process was easy with a good choice of appointment times. Dominika (Hove phlebotomist) was not only good at her job but was kind and understanding. Blood test results arrived quicker than expected.

Fast and reliable test
Booking was easy. I had a reminder a day before of my appointment. The phlebotomist explained everything what she was going to do after checking my details. She was very thorough and professional. My results came through that night via email. Very good service.

A greatly computerised, and a phlebotomist (Blood Sucker!) who was extremely nice & professional.
I paid for the complete service, and all results were sent to me in about 2 days.

I used the drop-in clinic
I used the drop-in clinic, and just had to wait 20 mins in the pleasant/clean waiting area. The phlebotomist was efficient and friendly. I needed a blood sample for another specialist clinic so it was specimen collection only with no testing involved, so I can't comment on that - but overall I would be happy to use this service again, and would recommend to others. I would have liked to speak on the phone first with a query, and then book a test but only a recorded message on day I phoned - hence one star off my overall experience.
