I had issues getting a quote for adding an additional driver onto my policy. I started a chat with IS1 who was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction which enabled me to complete the additional drivers details correctly and going ahead with accepting the quote. Very happy customer.

My policy was up for renewal, but needed to make changes. I was put through to iiana (IR2) who was extremely helpful, made the process very easy and simple for me. Was one of the best operators I have had to deal with, was very patient with me, and made the process easy, a pleasure to deal with. We'll done and keep it up. Thank you for restoring faith in business again.

I only wanted to change part of my policy, this was done quickly, efficiently and hassle free by ps1, Everything was explained to me about the different types of payment, and when the payment would be taken. A very pleasant experience!!

Needed instant cover to use my bike so contacted live chat. They said it would be live in 30 mins over an hour ago and im still waiting. Just aswell I can get a lift home otherwise id be stranded!!

People of my age would sooner talk to someone you much lose awful lot business and you don't make any easier and l will be looking for company with a telephone. And talking to someone today would have been a lot quicker

Had a dealing with Elizabeth w (EW2) changing my reg as there was an issue with the portal. She handled my concern quickly and with minimal hassle.. cant argue with it really

Very easy to change the address hassle free

Stupidly had the wrong number plate on my policy. Somehow managed to put the cars original number plate in rather than my own personal number plate.

This error was resolved quickly and saved me from embarrassment in future should police have stopped me as it was showing I had no insurance!!

Spoke with customer services today . Very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices though slightly elevated , were almost met by rival companies and matched what I needed . I got given clear advice . Anything questioned was answered
