The system was straightforward

The system was straightforward. The quote was competitive and they covered 100k for legals. Most only cover 50k which is getting left behind now! I was very pleased with the policy content.

They did offer an option to select to receive a hard copy of the paperwork in their introductory email. I didn’t see this when signing up and had to ask TS4 for it who after checking agreed to provide.

The colour booklets are a lot to print off. As only the policy holder has access to the portal it’s handy to have a hard copy when ones named driver isn’t that brilliant with computers/emails.

I also asked about data protection as I want my spouse to be able to contact them if I can’t. Say to make a claim or amend the policy. I asked for delegation to be added at the outset. A named driver can deal which is useful as we have had to jump through hoops before when common sense should prevail.

Took a while but got there!

Polite and professional

Polite and professional. I was a little sceptical of using the online chat as only had a quick query, especially as I was 12th in line. I was suitably surprised to speedily work my way to number 1 in no time at all. Initial question and subsequent questions were answered to my satisfaction resulting in me renewing immediately for the following year. Perfect service.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!!

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH!!!
Can't log in to the portal.
And the company keeps sending me emails that 'your insurance is due for renewal' and 'as you have opted for direct debit'... it scares you into thinking your payment is going to be taken from you...
Then you can't contact them, because they give you a 'noreply' email address. No phone number and no address.
I HAVE CANCELLED ALREADY !!! STOP SENDING ME 'REMINDERS' I'M ABSOLUTELY SICK AND TIRED OF YOU AS A COMPANY. So get out of my life!!!!

After several attempts to get on to the "system" which was very stressful. I wanted to speak with someone which seems to be non-exsisitant these days.
I just wanted to stop my renewal, it tells you, through the "chat" but to log into the portal and click on thinking of leaving us. All it did was put me in a loop that took me nowhere, and I had to end up pretending I wanted a policy to get to chat with someone.
Talk about painful, time-wasting, and stressful.
Jenny was the one who was messaging me, and I'm going to assume she was real? But at least she resolved my issue, thank you to her, but these systems are pants.
Let's make it a bit easier and be able to speak with someone.

20% Premium Increase for a One-Year NCD Error

The adviser I spoke (Caitlin G) to was polite and helpful, but I am extremely disappointed with the outcome.

I took out this policy because the original premium of £473 was affordable and competitive. A genuine mistake of entering 9 years no claims discount instead of 8 years has resulted in an additional charge of £96.56.

This represents an increase of more than 20% on the original policy price for a one-year difference in no claims discount. Nearly half of this charge consists of a £42.50 administration fee.

For many people, £96 may not seem significant, but when you have a mortgage, a young family and increasing living costs, every pound matters. An unexpected increase of almost £100 has a real impact on household finances.

While I understand that the policy details needed to be corrected, I feel the administration charge and the overall increase were disproportionate for what was clearly a genuine mistake rather than an attempt to misrepresent my circumstances.

Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected my confidence in renewing my policy in the future.

Auto renewal cancellation

I hope you never have to cancel an auto renewal. You go round and round in circles trying to find a way to contact them. Yet they say you must talk to an agent before you can cancel the auto renewal. I spent a whole day trying to contact them. So you have been warned!

Genuinely a useless company

Not even fully signed up and they're already useless. Had 0 issues taking the money out of my bank account, however since then I've had no communication from them and it stated in the email that I was not covered until id gotten access to my documents!? I've then had to buy day insurance so that I can get to CHEMOTHERAPY tomorrow morning.
When I signed up for quotes via compare the market it said the cover would begin tomorrow yet via these clowns I'm apparently uninsured.
So anyway, £25 in day insurance whilst I wait for these idiots. Useless absolutely useless.
I couldn't tell you about their staff as so far I've not even spoke to a robot.
The service itself is as useful as a chocolate teapot.
Solid 0/10 and I've been a customer for 4 hours.
