Product not received after 2 weeks, no answer from emails or "contact us" on their website. States standard delivery but no tracking options so £8 for one chip by 'standard delivery' is daylight robbery.

I was not sent what I ordered. The email address provided does not work. I sent a text message to the mobile number provided and tried calling it and sent a message via Facebook messenger and no replies received. Wish I’d read the bad reviews first before ordering.

Turned up 2 people did them i reckon a korma would be hotter

the sour sweet challenge was tangy at best and the packet arrived open

Changing my review as package has arrived.
Crisps are well packaged and in good condition!
Royal Mail had unfortunately made an error on delivery and OCC kindly offered a discount on the next purchase.
All in all very happy!

Would give zero stars if I could.
Same as many reviews I bought off them 14 Feb. items have not arrived after 2wks. Emailed texted and even rang the mobile number numerous times and still not had the decency to reply. They don’t answer the phone nor can you leave a voicemail. Total scammers do not buy from this site. I will be ordering my bank to get my money back. Not happy at all

Bought the most sour sweets in the world from these guys and the sweets was not even sour! What a scam! Dont trust these they are lying about their products

Would give no stars but not possible. Ordered a party game for my brother for Christmas but have received chips instead! I’ve tried to contact the retailer as this was nearly a month ago. I’ve requested my money back from my bank as I can’t get hold of the SCAMMERS.

Haven’t even had my order and tried multiple times to contract them, no reply at all. Scammers

Chips turned up out of date, also was black and stale in colour. Asked for an exchange and received no response the them. Still gave them to friends who didn’t struggle that much with the heat, so bit disappointing from that regard also

As the majority of other reviews, I wish I had read these first! Pretty much identical issues paid and received an email stating purchased but no more contact since. Tried calling, emailing, responding to original email. Tried contacting them as a "new order" but nope you guessed it....nothing! Feel stupid and now lost my money what a complete joke. Wish I was able to meet them face to face to resolve.

Disgusting service, in fact I didn’t get a service! Item not delivered. No response to emails. Luckily I paid via PayPal and I got my money back. I don’t know how they’re still in business, as after reading some reviews, I’m far from the only one.

Yep, ordered after hearing about it on Chris Moyles LBC. Ordered 2 nothing arrived. Contacted them, they asked me to send address. 1 week later still nothing. Safe to say scam

Order did not arrive. Sent many emails, only answered first one. Had to claim my money back via PayPal. Useless company. Would definitely not recommend.

Absolutely shocking ordered product for Xmas present, email 3 times, ticket placed 3 times tried phoning, nothing no customer service, don’t care about there customers, DO NOT BY FROM

Purchased 2x chip and 2x New 2023 shirts.
My package was missing a shirt, and the 1 shirt I did receive was an old out of date shirt, not the new one that i purchased.

I have emailed multiple times to there customer service.
I have opened a ticket on the website multiple times, included the details they ask for.
I have also phone the contact number on the bottom of there website and had no answer, even sent the number a text since it was an 07 number strangly enough.
Still have never had a reply.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM Onechipchallenge unless you want to be ripped off.
