Purchased a batch that contained flat cans, no head on pouring or small head that disappears.
Emailed Heineken customer service and got a response from Lucy Seymour (Ai type response) who asked to have the affected cans returned, and having opened them they were of no use to them, I offered the batch codes of the 4 affected cans. I was sent a fiver for my trouble with a letter that suggested I was having a laugh.
Then I got another "bad batch" and again contacted Lucy, this time I explained 2 of the cans I opened were flat but on squeezing the remaining 6 cans I identified 2 more that were "soft"
Lucy arranged to have them collected and I waited for an email.
After a couple of weeks I made contact by email for an update
and was told that the cans were sent for analysis.
And YES, I was sent another voucher for 5 Euro with no explanation, letter still suggested I was having a laugh.
Break your heart wouldn't it.
8 cans undrinkable , flat as dishwater and was given a tenner for my trouble, why bother.!!!!
NB never received any further communication after all the fuss
