I purchased my digital gift cards over a week ago. I have yet to receive them! Therefore I am utterly disappointed with this service. The whole purpose of going digital is to make things more convenient and quicker!!!! A very disappointing service and experience. 30/12/25 Following a response from One4all on trust pilot I was asked if I would like to change my review. I was told that my digital cards were ready to be sent!!! Guess why I still have not received them. If I could put no stars I would! Absolutely appalling service!

I would give zero stars if I could. Received a €125 gift card and it wouldn't work on various sites even though it says they are accepted online to then have to ring customer service and be told you can only use up to €50 at a time. What a joke? Now I can't even buy what I want. Useless card and even more useless helpline.

Card has not arrived
Despite your site saying that 19th Dec was final day for cards to be delivered before Xmas day, this did not happen.
Despite being told when I called on 23rd, that if the card had not arrived by 24th, I could call and arrange a digital replacement with immediate effect. That turned out to incorrect and that it would 1 or 2 working days to process the digital card. So a useless alternative and no card arrived before 25th.

The website can be a bit tricky sometimes especially when you're trying to add a message, it's not obvious where this is located and the link doesn't work. Apart from that they are terrific. They're sent out fairly quickly, allowance made for slowness due to Christmas period.
