Why in the world would you make a gift card service where you cannot spend over the gift card credit amount and then pay the rest yourself? It’s impossible to spend it online, you have to spend the exact gift card balance to get all of your money out of it.

I had £12 left on the card that I didnt realise I still had. Tried to use instore and it was rejected. Checked the balance which had gone to £6.60. The company have taken 6 radom payments of 0.90p and recorded as Card Management Fee. My money and no right to take it and never informed me.

It was positive upon engagement with your customer care team, however there are issues. I spent 2 hours on a phone for an elderly independent lady 3 years ago trying to get her eir bill reduced, she was paying double what she should have. There were so many intracicies she could never have done it on her own. There were similarities here. The Irish contact number listed was a 01 Dublin number that wouldn't connect, I needed to dial the +353 international code. On asking for bank IBAN there were two further fields asking for sort code and account number. Both already contained within the IBAN. Another unnecessary frustration to progress. The customer service employee i spoke to was excellent, but these feel like completely unnecessary cynical obstructive devices.

Useless, this company’s a scam as I have received a one4all each year and can’t spend them.
No online retailers take them and you can’t use them in store as they always get declined.
Then this company has the audacity to ask for £7.50 fee to transfer the money to a bank account.

Rejected downloaded app added to wallet payment rejected stores that are listed that you can use them refused them went to a store that said yes you can use them every single time I tried to use it payment declined. What a waste of money time and effort.

After trying to use the remaining balance before these pirates took all the available balance in their fees and before it's said I hadn't tried to spend the full balance prior to this I had and spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to sort the initial issue which clearly wasn't resolved and left me looking like an idiot holding the que behind me up in store, I would rather sh*t in my hands and clap after I've paid cash than suffer the embarrassment and frustration of these gift cards again.
DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU HATE THE PERSON YOU ARE BUYING IT FOR !!!!

Impossible to spend these things. You have to use it like a debit card meaning you cant spend more than the balance because you cant use multiple payment cards online. I assumed you would also have the option to use it as a standard gift card then any remaining balance you could use your card but no.
The retailers are limited, I tried using on Boohoo but had issues, called customer service who were very helpful which is why I gave an extra star. They told me Boohoo had recently been removed from their retailers. I found this gift card difficult to spend on the things I actually wanted. I had a £50 voucher, spent 47 on some trainers and it left £3 on the card, which ill never be able to use ,the fact you cant add this like a regular gift card is ridiculous, all those people unable to spend their full balance leaving a few pounds here and there is what keeps this company in business.

I would give this zero stars if I could.
This doesn't work. It's not fit for purpose. More trouble than it's worth avoid.
Give cash gifts or an actual gift voucher and save yourself the pain this product will put you through

If I could have awarded this card a negative, I would have.
DO NOT GIFT THIS TO ANYONE.

I tried to order a £60 gift children's favourites gift card mid December for Christmas. It never arrived.
After contacting customer support 3 more attempts were made that never arrived. I then requested a refund but couldn't get past the requirement to provide a photo of the gift card I didn't have so then requested another replacement.
When that didn't arrive they offered a digital voucher instead and said the usual £5 reissue fee would be waived. I then received a £55 voucher to my email today (mid February).
All this with wait times of 7 working days for each attempt (not including the day or two it took to dispatch the cards) and a further two working days to send the digital voucher.
On the positive side, the customer service staff do seem to be nice even if it did turn out to be a huge waste of time.
Don't use their website, just buy it in a shop!
Edit: They offered £10 as a goodwill gesture (either added to the digital card or separate).
I changed my review from 1 star to 2 as the support were very polite and as helpful as they could be.

Heavens above! The most convoluted, complex way of giving someone a gift. A mind boggling array of cards and methods of authorisation that is designed to make you give up and never use it. It's way of taking money and then not be able spend it. Appalling user experience. -Don't buy them and ask friends not to either.

The latest "reply" saying that they couldn't answer my questions is not what I wrote. I gave them answers to the questions they asked and then they never replied. So just wasted my time. I implore people to never but these "gift"cards, they are a complete scam!

As many others have said, this is genuinely the worst gifting solution imaginable. We’ve somehow collected about £170 in One4All cards for the kids from Christmas and birthdays — lovely in theory, useless in practice. All they want is to use a small fraction of it on Minecoin vouchers from Argos or Currys. Both retailers proudly claim to accept One4All. Argos even displays the logo on their payment page like it’s some sort of VIP pass.
And yet… neither website will actually accept the cards. Not one. Not a penny. You’d honestly have more luck paying with bottle caps or good intentions.
After reading the reviews, it seems nowhere else will accept them either — unless I fancy popping into a shop so I can hear “sorry, it’s not working” live and in person. A real day‑out experience.
I used to think these were great, but clearly in the last year or so the quality of service has taken a swan‑dive straight down the toilet. At this point, One4All feels less like a gift card and more like a cleverly disguised donation scheme. The “gift” is watching your money vanish into a corporate black hole. Based on everyone else’s experiences, this looks like something the Ombudsman would have a field day with — and I’ll certainly be pushing for it.
I won’t be buying these god‑awful cards again, and I’ll be advising friends and family to spare themselves the comedy routine and just transfer money straight to the kids’ bank accounts.
Utterly ridiculous — a masterclass in how not to run a gifting service.

The One4all cards are not easy to use. You always have to know how much is on the card as you can only pay the full amount for an item. Plus the monthly charge of 90pence if not used within 18 months, which is criminal. I lost 50% of my value in charges. Please do not buy for someone who isn’t technically savvy.

What an absolutely awful product. It was a gift and quite frankly I would rather have had the £15 in cash instead of this overly complicated scheme.
It won't let me use it online and after filling out the customer service form, I got a message saying error!!
I've wasted so much time on this-its ridiculous!
I don't mean to be cynical but, could it be possible that it's made deliberately difficult so that the recipient cant be bothered and gives up?! Imagine all that money in unspent vouchers, sat in an account!!

Received a christmas gift card from One4All
You can't redeem it on their own app. Says the card details are invalid. This was new and we scratched it off ourselves.
looks like a foreign offshore IRE company running a scam.

Really poor, we have bought these as presents and after receiving some for our daughter’s birthday I won’t again!
You cannot put them towards anything has to be exact payment or less. Tried in several shops and won’t work! Rubbish won’t use again!
