Printed extra page, no customer service response yet
The book was nice, the second time I’ve bought one. But they printed a page that I removed during the editing stage and I contacted them about sorting it out and despite their claim about responding within 24 hours of a business day, I have received no such response. This is for my anniversary and the extra page they printed has identical photos from two other pages so it looks ridiculous.
EDIT: I’ve received a response and everything was taken care of. I will continue to buy anniversary books 👍

Loved the book i created
Absolutely in love with my son's first year book I created. So easy to use. Hopefully for next year's book you can add more photos to the pages. More writing fonts and maybe background features for the pages. But if not still will purchase again.

First time user
First time user, happy with the reviews I read so went ahead to purchase two photo books. They did a great job with some of the grainy pictures I had. Wish I had started on them earlier as I had a few questions to ask and they don’t get back to you the day of the question/s which held things up. Great books, love the title being on the binder looks great on the shelf or coffee table. I took their advise on the matte option pleased I did. Have already recommended them to friends and family who I’m sure have ordered or received by now. Way better than I thought.

Very easy to use
Very easy to use. Creates excellent photo albums and prints. But, be aware that many of Live Photos are not excepted by the platform. In general I am happy with the product.

I was unable to contact company when…
I was unable to contact company when there was an issue, the app would not submit my issue / request. The book came with blank and out of order pages, I am assuming this occurred once everything was uploaded after the book was created and placed in basket and ordered.

Great customer service
Hello, I talked to Yao. I had accidentally put the wrong date when I ordered a wedding album and so I contacted them. By the next morning I had already received a response. They were super nice and offered 50% off if I wanted to re-order the book. I went ahead and re-ordered with the discount and have received a couple check in’s since then. Very nice and willing to help even when it was completely my fault when I ordered the book.

Its was so easy to do
Its was so easy to do, the pics had saved in drafts where i was unable to complete my book, the layout was excellent and it came in less than a week printed, I’ve enjoyed sharing my albums to view with family and friends its been a real joy
