I ordered a shirt back in September, opting for their cheaper shipping option, and yet my shirt has still not come.
Emails have left unanswered, especially when I asked for a refund.
I will definitely never shop from these people again, no shirt and no money back.
Unfortunately not a great experience. I ordered the shirts to be delivered internationally. The leadtime was 2-6 weeks. After several weeks I contacted customer service and they told me to wait until 6 weeks. When the 6 weeks passed they started an investigation. A week after that the shirts arrived in the country. I suspect they shipped them only after the 6 weeks. Maybe they forgot, maybe they really got lost. Who knows. I contacted customer service again who suddenly stopped answering me after I insisted on understanding when they were shipped. Then I got a standard reply that international deliveries just take time.
I am upset that they only started to take me serious after 6 weeks. And when I asked for answers they just stopped answering me. This are all things they have in their control. So I recommend not to order if you are not in the US.
It's an excellent site, you just need to add some designs, can you see the designs of one of the stores in Redbubble named (FirnandArt) and increase them.
I received my shipping notice two days after purchase, it actually shipped two weeks later. When my tee arrived, I was underwhelmed. The material is hard and scratchy, even after washing and very thin. It won’t last long.
