I placed an order for almost $250 worth of clothing in June of 2020. I received 2 dresses shipped separately over the next 2 months. They were both the wrong size and fabric. The remaining 6 dresses simply did not ship. Weeks passed and it wasn't until I placed a claim through Paypal that they finally sent me a package. Unfortunately it was a joke of a package. There were 5 items in the box. 3 of the dresses were not even items I ordered and they were of random wrong sizes. I also simply never got the rest of the order. They stated the order was fulfilled. If I had not gone through Paypal I would have been screwed. The claims process was awful but after 3 months, in November, I was given a full refund by PAYPAL. Oncebeauty gave me no service at all. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT shop from this company.

Company is a SCAM!! Items pictured is nothing close to what you will actually receive...Then to add insult to injury you are responsible for shipping fees back to China. SCAM SCAM SCAM...HORRIBLE COMPANY!

Quality is hilarious! I regret that I was fooled by pics on site.Got 5 dresses that dont even look like the once on pics.Material is poorest ever. I sent it back to China.They were kind while exchanging emails with them.Lets see will I get money back. Dont order!

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THE SCAM ONLINE SHOP. IF YOU DID, IMMEDIATELY ASK FOR A REFUND. YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND IT BAK TO CHINA IF YOU WANT TO REFUND.
EVERYTHING THEY SENT OUT NOTHING CLOSE TO THE PHOTOS ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Dont by items from this website, quality is as bad as a carnaval dress. I’ve bought 8 dresses at the end of may, and so far i have only get 2 (today is 4th of july). I didnt know that the company was shipping goods directly from chine, and you have to send the goods back in case you want to return them. Out of the 2 dresses, non of them are made in cotton or linen, as they says in the website, but they are both acrylic. Size doesnt fit neither. I order small size, and both are bigger than a regular L size.

No comprar en esta web, es una estafa, y la calidad es malisima, similar a la d un disfraz. Compre 8 vestidos a finales d mayo (unos 200€) y a fecha (4 d julio) solo he recibido 2 (acrilicos, nada d lino o algodon). Hasta que recibi su mail d aceptación d pedido no sabia que servían directamente d china. He tratado d parar l entrega de los vestidos que faltan, pero me lo niegan.
