The agent that worked with me was…great

The agent that worked with me was knowledgeable, patient, and persuasive. Although she/he was persuasive, they were never overbearing or pushy. The agent actually was very pleasant to work with. I really appreciated him/her.

The lady I spoke with didn't listen to…

The lady I spoke with didn't listen to me. She kept pushing to continue with the subscription which I really didn't want to do. I finally agreed to one bottle a month at a discounted price, but she kept putting it back to 2 bottles per month. Said she was sorry, then supposedly fixed it, it came back as 2 bottles. Finally got it corrected. Not happy.

I believe that Flawless Bloom scammed me, I ordered OMEGA XL PLUS through the Omega sight, next thing , I was directed to a no name outfit named Flawless Bloom, I received Flawless Bloom Joint XLM PLUS are they an authorized dealer allowed to rename one or more of your products?

Very friendly, helpful service

Service rep was very friendly and helpful. I have been receiving product much faster than I could use it. She was able to lovate my account and suspend shipments for a few months so I could use up some of what has already been received. Exactly what I needed done!
