Ordered pair of shoes took 2 weeks to arrive not a good fit i asked for a refund & they said if I ordered a different size I could get 80% off i said no i wanted a refund they then offered me 15% refund immediately said no asked for a return address its China & they said it would have to be royal mail tracked wouldn't recommend this company

Not a good experience...ordered using the sizing on the items, which was by waist size, items delivered were size M, and were way too large. Emailed immediately to ask for exchange or refund. Every email takes 3 days for response. Went back and forth even after asking for a returns address, kept offering a 80% discount on a future pruchase or 15% refund. Not acceptable. So emeils go back and forth, taking 3 days each time and now it's too late for a refund apparantly. How can this be if the company has sent incorrect sized items? I haven't changed my mind, they're the wrong size so what's the issue?
***Update*** reply from the company is standard and you’re back on the treadmill. I got an email reply also, which still doesn’t deal with the fact the wrong size was sent in the first place:

Thank you for your message. As stated on our refund policy, all returns must be sent back to our official fulfilment centre before a full refund can be issued. The location of our fulfilment centre is not something that is negotiable or determined by customer preference — it is our designated facility, and all returns are processed exclusively there.

As previously mentioned, if returning the item is not feasible, the maximum refund we can offer without the item being returned is 15%. This is our final position and in line with our policy.

Please confirm how you would like to proceed so we can close this matter.”

The advert picture shows no resemblance at all to what i received, called David Utility Pants, i purchased 2 pairs thinking i got a good deal by purchase the pair, basically i got double scammed, the outside leg seam is only single stitched, not like the image and as you would expect on a pair of jeans, i have been wearing them in the garden because they are so bad i cannot wear them in public, they are that bad, the button on the waistband is as small as a shirt button and the zip fly is small and plastic as you would get on the back of a woman's dress, the seams are going on one pocket and opening up down the outside of the leg, because it's single stitched, i can't stress how bad they are, and anyone else that has given good money for this particular item will know exactly what i mean, plus no labels at all, so you don't know what material it's made of, and one thing i know is not cotton as advertised, it's static and a magnet for cat hair

I ordered the lemon cotton linen dress in the picture, what I recieved was a cheap printed polyester dress that is awful, poor china made quality, no raised embellished pattern as it is in the picture, waste of money and not worth the fabric its printed on, do not waste your time ordering this item, total misrepresentation.

Why are Google and Facebook and Pinterest promoting all of these massive scams? International fraud on a massive scale linked to China and promoted and enabled by American tech giants?

This is literally a scam. Do not buy anything from this. It says shipping within few days but you have to wait at least one month to get the product.

And if you want to return anything for refund, you have to send it to china. Otherwise no refund and gave bs options which going to cost you more money. To return to china you have to pay around 20£ in royal mail.

I beg you. Don’t buy from this. Customer service is the worst.

And the quality… don’t let me start on that. I placed a order with white show, but order placed it as blue one.

Seconds after the order, I sent many emails to them as they don’t have any phone number to contact.

Few days later they said they are trying to make it right. After that no reply.

Please purchase from any other retailer.

Don’t waste your money sizing completely wrong. Have 3 jackets only one just barley fits the so called largest was smallest . Didn’t bother to send back as expected to pay returns didn’t trust the company to refund me. Also didn’t get told I could return until well after the 14 days. Eventually was offered a good will refund of £4.20 this was never received. Lesson learnt read the reviews

I ordered on the 17th May. Thry got stuck somewhere. Im assumming customs. I contacted the company and to be fair they got back to me it 2 days. They said they were keeping an eye on it. Yesterday tgey said its out for delivery. Then said it had been delivered. Contacted the company and said I wanted a refund. Shoes Finally arrived today. They are from China. Cheap and smell heavily of plastic. I ordered a 5.5 a size 38 arrived. They are on the bigger side and fit. But honestly you can buy these for a tenner in cheap shops. Can't be bothered trying to return.

If I had known they were from china, I would have avoided. It implies its a,UK company. So beware.

Let's hope they wear well. I don't have much hope. But if they do. I will come back and update.

Worst service. Purchased an item on 20th May 2026, paid for next business day delivery service and fast handling fee as well but today is 30th May and nothing turned up yet. If i track it says out for delivery. Tried contacting by email as no phone numbers available. No response at all. Be aware guys this is a scammer.

The sweaters were perfect material was exactly correct- I had bought 2 in different colours - I wore them and ordered 2 more in the remaining colours.
I couldn't be happier with my purchases.

The Outfit what I ordered took over 3 weeks to arrive. Nothing like advertised absolutely disgusting cheap material. 3 people could have fit in the pants and the jacket wrapped round you twice. Asked to return item which took days for a response. Then when I did finally receive instructions on where to send it back it was going to cost over £30. Absolutely fuming. Stay clear of this company

I ordered a Northshield coat in side large,when it arrived it didn’t look a lot like the coat I ordered.When it eventually arrived I tried it on and it was more like an XXlarge ,it was huge and the arm length was passed the end of my fingers.Having read other people’s comments I don’t hold out much hope of any replies to the emails I have sent.I would steer clear of this company as it’s not what they say it is.

Rubbish quality!! Sizing is way off!! Delaying tactics when yuo ask for a return address. Overseas address provided for the return. Not acceptable!! Your given 14 days to return the goods from delivery date. KEEP AWAY FROM THIS SUPPLIER WHO MARKETS ITS PRODUCTS AS IF THEY ARE A UK RETAILER!!!!!

The clothes look good on the site and once they arrive (eventually) they are pretty good, however they have multiple additional charges for faster processing and dispatch but still it takes ages for your purchase to arrive. Clearly it is London, Outer Mongolian not London, England. I have no issue with ordering items from abroad but expected delivery times should be realistic not excessively optimistic.
Response:- I have emailed several times and you have no interest in my comments.

Do not buy from these guys. They sent me a different product to the one I ordered. Then would not refund the fee without me paying to send it back to China which cost more then the product. Poor customer service and not legitimate. It's a fraudulent company so beware and shop somewhere else.

I see they have added a nice customer service note below my comment saying to get in contact - but we have been in contact from the off - they pretend to help, take ages to respond, buy their time, then ignore all emails. This is a very poor company, no customer service and not to be trusted.

Bought two pairs of shoes and a floral top. The shoes fit
perfect and are well manufactured. The top I ordered
was a 10, it seems nearer to a 12, but is still well made and a beautiful design. Shipping took a while, but had
regular updates on delivery. Happy with my purchases, and will use Olyndra again :-)

Ordered a pair of shoes a number of weeks ago. Nothing has been delivered. I have emailed Olyndra twice without response.

All I get from them are spam emails to buy more stuff, even though I did not give them permission to spam me, AND the "unsubscribe" comically does not work either.

They sent me a tracking link, but that is a dead link. They sent me a "view your order" link, but that is a dead link. They literally are a bunch of clowns. If it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck..........

Sorry, save your money and don't bother. I will shortly be involving the police and taking VERY public legal action. That will hopefully ruin all they have spent on marketing and stop others from losing hard earned money.

Most of their products are from Temu and the item are much more expensive than Temu , they even use the same pictures and models than Temu but 3 times the price
Dont buy from them they are a scam and a bunch of thieves

Ordered two items in May 2025. Contacted Olyndra within 4 days of delivery to request a return, well within their stated 14-day window. They delayed the process with repeated requests for photographs, then informed me the return window had passed. This is factually incorrect. After multiple emails they refused a full refund, offering only 15% back or store credit. I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank and have reported them to Trading Standards. Avoid.

re the comment from Olyndra, I have 5 emailsI have sent to you doing just this, and you continue to refuse the refund despite the terms in your web site so dont see what good a further email will do?

I have placed an order from this company only I have not received it yet after reading all the comments about how they are operating I am wishing I had not bothered I have contacted them on numerous occasions but have had no reply from them as of yet they were quick enough to take the money out of my bank account however reading the problems that people have encountered I am not feeling very confident. It would be nice if they could take the trouble to reply to the messages I have sent to them as quick as they took the payment. Note to one self think twice before ordering anything from companies that look trusting.
PS...I have been waiting for this order for 2weeks which was a Birthday present from my son didn't realise it wasn't coming from London. M Roberts
