Substandard, wrongly sized products received. Sent approx 5 emails asking to have refund, they offer discount for further orders. When adamant I wanted to return goods which were of no use to me as way too small; they sent return address in China or some East Asian country at a cost more than the garments. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DON'T FANCY BEING FOBBED OFF!!

They are a terrible company they have nothing to do with London they are a Chinese company I have been trying to get my refund for over 6 weeks now I have sent a copy of the Royal Mail International return receipt it cost me £28 to return it and they still haven’t had the decency to refund me I think they are a scam. PayPal payment was to Myrex store 18th.May

AVOID THIS COMPANY, I ordered a pair of shoes, they arrived faulty, I got in touch with them and was told I could only get a refund if I returned them to China at my own expense even though they must of been faulty on despatch, that would cost more than the shoes, they are not willing to refund even though it's their fault. I got in touch with customer services as they replied to this review only to get the same response, they don't care about customers, they only want your money, goods are not as described and they put every obstacle in your way and refuse to refund, I wish I had seen reviews before I ordered from this shameful company, they are sending goods out from China and expect you to return them at your own cost, even though it's their fault.

I dropped a star due to a fairly long wait for my shoes to arrive, however I can't fault the quality of the product, I bought lightweight shoes designed to slip on and off, breathable and comfy and thats what i got, you only get what you pay for , well pleased

The MIA ORTHOPEDIC SNEAKERS are fabulous. I put them on and instantly knew I’d love them.
The initial delivery from Yodel was disappointing but that was their issue not Olyndra. They responded and my delivery was soon made.

I ordered a pair of sneakers which took almost 3 weeks to arrive. They are not as good quality as expected but were ok other than being too big. I have sent 5 emails in a week to ask how can i exchange for smaller size but have had no response whatsoever. I wish i had read the trustpilot reviews before i ordered as i have seen the same sneakers advertised elsewhere cheaper but i thought this looked such a genuine site. I was wrong!

H.D Ventura Trainers. Very poor quality. Returns to China at a cost of £28. More than I paid for the shoes. Another supplier of inferior quality products.
The returns policy is obviously to deter customers returning the products.

Had a coat delivered which had a faulty zip. Wrote to them regarding returning for a full refund and they want it delivered to China via Royal Mail international which will be very expensive and clearly meant by Olyndra to put me off of returning the item, (which of course it has). Will never deal with them again and suggest anyone reading this considers the other negative reviews before dealing.

Awful shoes clearly faulty but customer services say that is how they are, cant see them like this on the website, Shite shoes, do not even think of buying, they are a Chinese site nothing to do with London in the UK

I got pair of great comfortable stylish but hard to extra voucher codes so now waiting to see what my next order is ok before I fully commit as did not get to use the code for 25% off next order. If the order arrives and is as good as the picture, I will not mind as prices are very reasonable.

Customer service is so far non responsive this indicating it is non existent or doesn't care at all. They supplied totally wrong sized pants (the pants are actually a very nice design!), but they have not at all replied to my email of 4 June nor to my two online requests to support correct size and collect the wrong sized item It sure feels like they don't care.Non responsive customer service

I bought a pair of shoes that have not been delivered and no correspondence back from the company apart from the standard. Its been 6 months no order or refund though keep getting emails with % off

Delivery took approx 2 weeks and because I hadn't used this company before I was a bit concerned.. but no need to be because all was delivered. Husband loved the shoes saying they were very comfortable. Only jibe is that Yodel the delivery company just left our parcel on the doorstep whilst we were out...not very professional.

Sent for a coat which looked good online but on arrival was basically a 1970's plastic raincoat. That was about a month ago and despite several email requests for return details/instructions I have received no reply. Conversely I have been sent daily email ads by them trying to sell me more tat. Avoid at all costs

Really nice coat, great price. Size a too big so they allowed me to keep original and buy another at 75% discount.

My jacket arrived after a substantial wait and initially I was delighted, until I tried it on. The zips were faulty and wouldn't move which meant I either had to pop it over my head or step into it - neither of these options were suitable for a pensioner! I wrote a letter of complaint which was replied to promptly. But the final word from this company which shook me to the core was: - "We cannot guarantee that products or services will meet all expectations or be completely error-free"!
Need I say more. I donated the coat to a Mother & Baby refuge and will not purchase from them again

Having purchased a pair of cotton cargo pants from Olyndra. I waited a number of weeks for them to arrive. When they did, they were nothing like the advertised item. The only thing that resembled the advert was the colour! Not cotton, cheap polyester material so thin you could read through it, shape, pockets, layout completely different, so very disappointing. Contacted their customer service not once but multiple times over 4 weeks, not a single reply! Having read reviews about the company, I wasn't surprised. So in desperation I contacted PayPal & raised a dispute. They contacted Olyndra, who made up a whole bunch of lies about contacting me several times, saying I had never reached out to them to express my disappointment, how would they know I wanted to return the pants unless I HAD contacted them & they had received my constantly ignored emails!
A completely useless, unprofessional & deceitful company who provides substandard items at high street prices, with zero communication & customer service.
I have now, thanks to PayPal, received a full refund the only drawback is now I still have the pathetic excuse for a cargo pants. To which, I may offer to a homeless person, who very much will refuse them because they are utter rubbish.
Please read the reviews about this company, do not make the mistake I did by giving them a chance! The overwhelming negative reviews are there for a reason, they are a scam company selling useless, cheap & not fit for purpose items.
Just received a reply from Olyndra, asking me to contact customer support so they can resolve the issue!!!
Clearly they haven't read the review fully, it's already resolved, I received a refund thanks to PayPal, & contacting their customer support is a complete waste of time as they DO NOT respond!! Obviously a standard response from them.
Do not waste your time or money on this scam company.
