wish you could leave 0 star reviews! poor quality items, impossible to return for refund. dont be fooled by this sheister company!

Items poor quality. Jumper advertised 100% cashmere - no label to confirm this. Items too small AND too short. Poor sizing. I asked/tried to return - offered a 15% rapid refund (paid £67) or 80% credit to use. They wanted me to pay tracked International Post Office cost to China. I'd advise- do not buy from this "International" company. Kept refrring to their refund policy on website - hard to find. Instructions to get in touch with them, then they slam you items have to be returned to China. When I questioned they once again referred to website about their offshore location - very ambiguous. Do not buy from this scam company hiding behind a London identity.

Arrived late wrong item and wrong size . Asked for a refund only offered a refund if I used PayPal or a credit . Really not worth trying

4 stars because they took 3 weeks to come i thought we weren't going to get them for our holiday but the shoes are super comfy i can't wait to wear them on our holidays next week they look good & expensive

(Once bitten twice shy) Dont get taken in Flash Wed Page. Jacket arrived albeit took forever, 3xl Jacket more like xl at best. Never again would I use this company.
Surprised Trading Standards not closed them down.
They have found easy pickings advertising Face Book Market Place. Dont get caught out.

Absolutely despicable company, I’ve ordered shoes from them 3 weeks ago, still no show, communication with them is awful, I’ve asked for a refund but so far no contact back, I certainly won’t be using them again, useless, they also claim the company is in the uk, it isn’t its china

A cashmere jumper ordered was NOT as it looked on the site. The quality was more like a polyester yarn that had been over pressed and gone shiny. The yarn has a silver glint throughout the jumper. The size ordered was small, a M was more the equivalent of a UK size 10.
I will not be purchasing anything else from this website.

Had a response from this company saying i was outside of the returns window, i explained that i had not changed my mind,it was that the right shoe let in water , they wanted a photo!!!! Difficult to do. They have offered a partial refund or 80% in voucher. i said i would never have anything else from this company and a 15% refund is an insult. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BE WARNED. I am taking this as far as i can.

Why is it so hard to get my Credit back or use from this company. I have £50 in credit but I get no advice or instructions how to use my credit to buy goods as they WILL not give a refund.

NEVER AGAIN ! Woeful experience / 'Customer Service'. Shoes (slippers) advertised & sold as a specific UK size - instead they send 'Large' (which were too large) ! When queried, any number of delaying tactics involved (inc asking for EU size) - then eventually they send Medium - which were too small. Poor communications - perhaps in the hope you give up ? A waste of money & time ! BUYER BEWARE !!

My husband is a lawyer and is looking into this company and how they are scamming consumers by misleading advertisement. I have asked for a refund but yet again no reply!!!
