Poor quality does not look like the item on website. Very cheap looking and not at all rose gold looks like a copper ring.
If I want a refund need to return to China, and then on receipt the company will decide if I get a refund.

Wish I had done my research fully first, but fell for the marketing.

My own fault and wasted money.

I accidentally placed an order for a ring, and immediately emailed customer service with a cancellation request. I did not receive a response until 3 days later, stating "Our system processes orders very quickly, and once they are scanned for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible—even if a request is made just minutes after purchase. This ensures that we fulfill and ship orders as efficiently as possible." I asked the customer service rep to provide a return shipping label, to which they declined saying the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost, no matter the circumstances.

Please be aware Olux customer service will not work with you on the return, and you will be responsible for the absurdly high shipping cost. And please read/believe all of the 1-star reviews directly related to returns/refunds.

Finally received; postage was slow - it looks fine but that is ultimately it. My own fault for falling for all the fake reviews and empty promises.

Such a waste of money!!!

They send pre opened item full of finger prints and asks u to wipe it off when u complain of not receiving a new one

Do not purchase. Major scam. Item is not flexible nor does it work as marketed. Have made several attempts to reach out to return and have just heard back via Paypal correspondence that I need to ship back to China. Even IF I were to do that, the cost to ship well outweighs the cost of the item. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General as well as FTC. I encourage others to do the same.

I went to UPS to send it back and it was going to cost over $300 to send it back. When I contacted them again, they stated there was nothing they could do. Absolute scam. Don’t waste your money, and be sure not to order period.

It helped with my sleep for about 2 months and now it hasn’t helped at all, it like stopped overnight it seems. I never lost weight so this doesn’t help with that. I reached out to them for a way to reset it or get a replacement they refused a replacement and said there’s no reset. Do not waist your money.

Scam. Unbelievable. They tell you to return if not happy with the ring. I developed a burn underneath the ring. I still have the scar after not wearing it for a week.
I felt no benefit at all. I contacted customer services, I’m told to return to China. It’s going in the bin.

Buying online for Christmas you have to buy early and proper retailers give you a grace period because of that . This ring is massive and does NOT squeeze to fit and they won’t accept a return after 30 days ie 8th January ( 39 days) !
Beware . Another reason not to buy anything online . Their “customer service” just repeated their return policy of 30 days . Very shortsighted as they’ve lost a customer for good .

This company sends me spam emails every single day and I can’t make it stop. I have never ordered anything from them and never will. I strongly suspect they are total scammers. Beware!

Complete snake oil ridiculous scam and I am embarrassed I fell for it. Originally advertised as a ‘smart’ ring (it is not) and its claim to miraculously help me sleep/lose weight/reduce my meno belly/reduce stress from 4 teeny tiny magnets that are so week it can’t even stay on my fridge door is quite silly!
Some people say they have felt benefits… I say that’s the famous ‘power of suggestion’ or placebo effect.
Def. NOT worth the money.

This is a scam, as many of the reviews on here will attest this company sends you the item from a UK address and the minute you get it and realise it’s nothing more than snake oil and try to return it they send you an address in China to return it to (with a return cost of more than the junk ring cost in the first place).

Please please stay away.

Bought ring approx 2/3 months ago all but one of the magnets have disappeared! Not covered as outside of the 30 day period !!! What an absolute rip off ….DO NOT BUY !!!!

Complete scam, the ring is of very poor quality. And you need to return to China if your not happy and that costs more than the ring. When I bought I thought it was from somewhere in Europe. Which I still think it is posted from somewhere in Europe. But returning it, it needs to go back to China. Total con! Again it's very cheap made and comes off easily. Do not buy!!

Ring arrived timely and nice packaging but i was suprised how cheap it looks. Looks like you paid 3 bucks for it from a souvenir shop. After reading these reviews im not going through the hassle of returning it. Lesson learned. Also ill fitting. I cant adjust it unless i fund the hulk to do it but im afraid it will break. It looks like cheap silverware.

This is the cheapest and most uncomfortable “ring”. The 50 cents ones you buy from a bubble gum machine is a better value! Refunds only available if you return it to China, which is not listed in their return policy. Absolutely do NOT buy!!

Site says you can return for a full refund if not entirely satisfied. I am not happy with the quality. After emailing I was told it has to be sent back to China via a tracking service only which costs more than the ring even though it was send from an Australian warehouse. Misleading refund policy, not worth the effort! Buyer Beware!

This ring is cheaply made for the price. Absolutely no instructions or leaflet comes with it except 30% off your next purchase. This is a cheap metal ring hyped up and marketed well. My ten year old daughter has a cheap £1 ring and they look exactly the same. You cannot return this for a refund. Do not buy it.

It’s weird there isn’t an Australian address to return it to. It’s a nice ring but totally fake scam about the ring

Not worth the money and feels like scam. Ring came all patchy and you cannot even send it back, as they request you to pay for sending it back, also they reply like 10 days later and you have only 30days time to send it back. I feel I've been scammed.

Today I decided to try the ring on, even though it is patchy and looks bad. One of the magnets fell out straight away.

It's really poorly made, not worth the money at all!!
