The ring I bought is beautiful. I adore it.
The communication with the support team is very fast and smoothy.
This company is very very correct.

I tried to return the ring because the quality didn’t match the price. I spent additional $20.00 dollars to return ring. One year later I got the ring back because the company refused to return the money when I followed their requirements. I will never buy from a company in China since they don’t care once they get your money.
The ring is a fraud and it doesn’t even look nice.

They are running a scam shouldn’t be allowed to sell any items. I tried to cancel straight after purchase but they said they didn’t get to it in time and my order was dispatched. To return it you have to pay for it to be sent to China. What an absolute con! Do not buy from these scammers.

Bad quality not worth the money at all bad company

The order & delivery process was fine. But of course, the ring is a piece of cheap metal junk of some kind & absolutely useless.

It is totally SCAM FRAUD. They use Jennifer Aniston's video for advertising, but the ring she promotes something different. They force you to pay for the return post cost.

Ok so I have the black ring , had it for 4 days and the black has scratched off .. no changes in sleep or anxiety etc .. I think this is a waste of money for sure !! Don’t bother with this !

Absolute fraud. Poorly made product. Returns must be sent to China. Price to return with the required tracking number is $50 or more- in other words more than the ring cost. Plus according to DHL and Fed Ex the address that they provide for the return isn’t a valid address so they’ll claim they never got it and never give you the refund most likely. Complete scam.

Just received my ring and it’s cheap and nasty. I’m not even sure that the alleged ‘magnets’ aren’t just pieces of scrap metal glued to a cheap copper ring.

Avoid at all costs.

Negative 10. Ordered bracelet. Came in box with seal already broken and way too big. Immediately asked for return instructions and was put off for weeks until I threatened bad review. Too bad I didn't use Pay Pal for purchase or I would have pulled $$ back for lack of response. And then they want you to pay to return it to China. Total scam, don't fall for it

Ordered and straight away cancelled. Ring arrived and is still unopened. I have sent 6 emails as want to send it back but not getting any reply. Total scam company. Will speak to trading standards now. Do not order from this fake company

Even if you want to return it you can’t! I have been trying to return the ring since I received it, they do not answer emails and there is no information on their website. If I could give no star I would. I am filing a consumer complaint.

I received a pretty black box with no ring in it. The hole where the ring should have been was empty. The company is not standing behind this product at all. I don't even care about the ring at this point. Just want a refund and can't get that either.

I wish I could give zero stars!! My “order” went through when I tried a discount code!! I tried to cancel immediately and they would not. When it came from NJ it was a hideous copper color I did not choose and a size I could not wear. It is so so so cheaply made and to return it you have to pay to send it to China. PLEASE do NOT waste your money!! I regret looking at it on Instagram more than I can say.

If I could give zero stars I would, Stephen Dante is horrid person and abusive when they are not happy at you. Buy anything from them at your own risk.

PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM! Firstly read the reviews the ring doesn’t work. Second the sizes are way too small, third when you reach out for a refund it takes 10 days to reply and then the return address is CHINA!!! So large postal costs the buyer has to pay! Even if faulty! It’s disgusting. Avoid at all costs

Complete BS. Ring is super big and no address in Europe to send it back. Only back to China and with tracking number.

The ABSOLUTE WORST. First of all, the minute I placed the order, I reached out to cancel and days later someone responded and said it was too late to cancel and that I could return the product for a complete refund once I received it. I get the product and did not open it, I reached out once again for the refund information and label. I get an email back a couple of days later that had an address to China, but the return label has an address in Jamaica, NY. None of it adds iup. This was also in the email "

I am so displeased and wanted to share this horrible experience. Not to mention that none of the reviews I have seen are great, hence why I tried to immediately cancel. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Returns have to be paid by the customer, ok that’s bad but what’s really bad is the fact the return address is in China & is not listed anywhere on the website!
Cheap tat & what’s even worse is the most horrendous customer service 🤦‍♀️. They make it impossible for you to return anything.
Don’t waste your money buy with this horrendous company!
