We do not undertake unsolicited cold calling, purchase customer data or open claims without instruction. Every client engages with us through our secure online onboarding process, during which they review and accept our Terms and Conditions before instructing us to act on their behalf. This process creates a comprehensive digital audit trail for every client.
Following instruction, we begin work immediately and incur costs in assessing eligibility, obtaining documentation and progressing a claim. Customers are afforded the applicable cooling-off period, after which, where work has been undertaken, a cancellation fee may become payable in accordance with the Terms and Conditions accepted during onboarding.
As an FCA-regulated firm, we are unable to discuss the details of any individual’s account in a public forum due to our legal obligations relating to confidentiality and data protection.
