Olivia’s website featured multiple photos from various angles, as well as showing the furniture piece in a room setting. Along with comprehensive measurements, all this gave us complete confidence that our furniture choice will be perfect for the room and purpose. I ordered 3 products on 6th August. Shipping times are hidden away on the website so was surprised that I wouldn’t receive my items for 3-4 weeks. 4 weeks later I email for an update to be told it will be at least another week. Asked for a refund… can’t imagine it will be quick. If they do this to enough customers imagine the profit from all the interest!

I’ve been doing business with Olivia for a while and I can truly say they are such a pleasure to work with. Libby is my account manager and she is exceptionally great to work with.
