I got my order and the size was kinda smaol for me .now whta Iexpectt lol. I msg the custmoer service and they reply pretty fast, like faster than I thought. They help me change it to a biggersize . the whole process was not hard at all.
The new one fits much better. had abit of delay cuz of the size issue . but oberall I 'am pretty happy with it. Would def bug agian.

Here to add to the other horrible reviews and comments. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order and not even 5 minutes later attempted to e-mail them to cancel it with refund due to not knowing my sister already purchased for my mother. Their website states you have 24 hours to do this. I finally get an email back saying they already started my piece. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!

Do not order from this company! The bracelet arrived last week (cancer bracelet) but my daughter didn’t want to wear it. I tried to return it for refund and was told the return shipping costs would be excessive and I should just wear/keep the item. So, basically, I’m forced to keep something I don’t want ($40) even though they claim to have a return policy.
It’s a scam!

The website shows nice packaging for the items. I ordered 3 different rings for 3 different people and they were all in a ziplock back inside 1 box. One of the rings had birth flowers on it. In 4 months of wearing, the flowers have completely worn off. I messaged about a replacement and was told im out of warranty. Checked the website and you can only return within 15 days and the jewelry has to be unused. Such a scam!! I wish I would have looked into the company more before buying. Complete garbage.

This company is based in China, if you want to return something they basically try to talk you out of it by telling you it will cost a lot to return and take forever. Do not buy from them

Receive poor quality rings. One was bent when received. Merchant wanted me to ship it back to china but it was not a mistake on my end! Please did not order from this company

Fraud. Took my money and product never came. Website says contact us through WhatsApp- not even on WhatsApp it says “this person is not on WhatsApp” didn’t respond to email request.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They are very deceitful in their pictures and their items are POOR quality and garbage. Then you try to get them to take your return and refund your money and they send you some bogus email that is copied and pasted over and over. Horrible experience and you are better off going to the dollar store and purchasing their toy items.

I wouldn't even give this company one star! This company is in CHINA and what they are shipping is not even close to what is pictured. Nothing is gold plated. DO NOT BE FOOLED AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

terrible service, can’t get a response from them and my product never showed up, been contacting them for months!! will never buy from them again and will be telling everyone how terrible the customer service was and to not buy from them either!!

Do not order from this company. 6 weeks and still haven't received my order and no one is responding to me. Their delivery company is not responding to me either. Don't waste your time or money!!!!

I ordered a personalized ring. The day receiving I contacted company. The stone had a large yellow bubble shape flaw. They asked for pics, I sent and told me it was environmental. After taking out of the box? Very disappointed! Watch this company......do not trust! I will ONLY buy Made In America.

Ordered four bracelets. The clasp was broken on all four. First responds was that I was doing the clasp wrong, Second was that it was too late to return, I ordered them for Christmas and got them afterwards. Decided to give them as a birthday gift in January. Me, my mom, daughter and granddaughter, the tied by the knot bracelet. They stopped responding to my emails and told me it was too late for a refund. FOUR bracelets that i have no use for because if we wear them they will fall off !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. When they completely stop responding and not one but four products are defective it is clearly an issue.

Ordered a bracelet for Christmas. They shipped it to an address that didn't exist in Israel. I emailed them telling them I was in Illinois not Israel. Once again they sent it to a non-existent address in Israel.

Then they stopped responding to my emails. I never got a refund. Avoid them.

I ordered a birthstone ring for a birthday gift on February 11th, 2025. I emailed inquiring about when I may receive a confirmation number and was told it takes 10-15 days. I waited the time frame and emailed to which every response has been a simple copy and paste. It clearly sounds like a SCAM! I would hope to be wrong, but I have heard nothing since my last inquiry.

No where does it disclose items are actually shipped from china! Only states items will be shipped in 3-4 days. 18 days later and I’m STILL waiting for my ring!! Only found out it’s from china when I checked tracking. I can only imagine the quality coming. I’m extremely dissatisfied!

They took my money without sending my item Told me there no such order until I gave them invoice and item #....showed payment from my card. They scammed me and I'm still fighting these crooks. Don't buy from these thieves, even with proof they deny this situation. So disgusted.

I bought a birthstone bracelet that took so long to get even though they said 2 to 4 weeks. When I did receive it I really liked it. Not even one month later I noticed one of the. stones fell out. They wanted me to buy new one at 50% off. Really not even a month old, I got them to finally send me a new charm which I was gonna have jeweler put on. Then 2 days later a whole charm fell off. NOW they won't answer my emails and I never got a new one of the one the stone fell out. IF THIS IS HOW THEY DO BUSINESS I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The nerve to ask me to buy a new one at 50% of..They don't want to rectify it in any way.

I ordered grandmother’s bracelet for my mom for her birthday. It came in and it didn’t look as good as the picture but I decided not to worry about it and gave it to my mom anyways. She wore it for all of two minutes before the clasp broke off. I contacted the company and asked them if they could repair it or replace it and they said they would send me five dollars to have it repaired somewhere locally. I told them I was not going to be able to find anybody locally to repair it for that amount of money and asked to them to return it and they said they would be too expensive to send it back but they would offer me 50% off another item. I absolutely would not give this company any more money. The quality of the jewelry is garbage and terrible customer service.

Scammers. Took my money. Never sent merchandise.
