I ordered a “ mummy to an angel “ ring in memory of my son. It took about a month to arrive. I had the ring for just under 2 months and one of the stones have fallen out. I contacted seller and it took about a week to get a response she offered me a replacement but I would have to pay for the shipping. I asked that I just be refunded as I was disappointed in the quality of the ring and was told that because I have had it over a month I can’t have a refund even though the ring is faulty. I only wore it a few times and on one of those occasions a stone fell out. Very disappointed would not recommend and will take my business elsewhere

I ordered the prostate cancer bracelet for my husband who is ill- this bracelet was his request for his birthday. Luckily, I ordered it far in time. Customer service was so great to let me know delays and reason every week, so kind also. My husband loves his bracelet! The box it came in was so nice. The world we live in requires some patience and understanding.

Disgusting company! Make an extortionate amount of money off the back of Cancer and people's misery. £37 for a crap bracelet that costs 50p to make. They do not donate any proceeds to charity and remove and comments on their social media posts that highlight this. DO NOT BUY, GO TO THE CHARITIES THEMSELVES

I asked the seller could you please cancel my order immediately please? She replied why did I want to cancel the order. She pressurised me in to keeping the order active. I told her 3 times that I wanted to cancel my order immediately. She has just sent me an email stating that my order is being dispatched. I have also had to have my bank card blocked 🚫

Having read some previous reviews on here after I had made an purchase from this company, I became very sceptical as to whether I'd receive my order. I ordered a Love & Healing Opalite Tennis Bracelet. Time went by and I'd received no email confirmation regarding my order as to whether it had been shipped etc. The only email I'd received prior to this point was the confirmation of order. I therefore emailed them. To my surprise, I received an email back the next day. There was a delay with my order due to the complex nature of the opal settings and I was offered 20% discount. After this, I was kept up to date with progress. I received the order on Tuesday. I'm absolutely thrilled with my bracelet. It's stunning and fits perfectly. I've no idea why there's negative reviews on here and suggestions that this may be a scam company. This certainly wasn't my experience and I would recommend Olivia Handicrafts. Excellent customer services throughout.

The ring I received had two of the “stones” peeled off and in the box floating around when it arrived. Terribly disappointed at the rainbow ring I got to honor my dog that recently passed. Do not waste your money.

Very happy (AGAIN) with purchase. My mother loves her birthstone bracelet. Production took a little longer than I expected, but shipping was fast! I would order from this company again.

I ordered a bracelet for 39.99 and the first day I wore it it broke, I contacted the customer service and they said they were sorry and sent me a picture of two bracelets that I could choose from as replacements. One was not my style and the second one had a clasp, I said that I needed a bracelet that I could slip on and off my wrist and could not use a clasp due to arthritis! They wrote back stating that the bracelet with the clasp was a stretch bracelet that was adjustable and for a nominal fee they would send that to me! I suggested another bracelet that I had seen, which had on the site came in three sizes petite, regular and large. I sent them that as my preference but was told that only came in one size which was too large for me and I explained they should take off the sizes if they were not available. Again they told me the bracelet they suggested was a stretch adjustable bracelet that could be fit to my wrist. So I agreed, well it was 17.00 to send it when it arrived it was only a clasp bracelet with no stretch whatsoever and I asked for a refund! I keep getting the run around and they keep trying to say now that it was only adjustable. I have saved every email and sent the quoted emails back to them and am still waiting for my refund. I would be very weary of ordering from this company.

i ordered 2 bracelets and they came fully intact, exactly what i expected and what the photo shown. Olivia has AMAZING communication and i'd order from this company 100 times over again!

I love my ring. Well made and seller also helped me find out where my order was when I couldn't on my end for some reason. But I finally had got my beautiful ring for thyroid awareness and I love it!! Thank you!!!

Ordered 3 items. 2 rings and a bracelet. The rings I have no issues with. They are slightly smaller than I thought based on the photos but it fits good. The bracelet, however, is another story. The products used are not conducive to actually wearing the item. It is essentially a glorified and VERY expensive Keychain. Once able to actually clasp it, we are now unable to unclasp it. When I contacted the company, I was offered a measly 30% discount on my NEXT order. I politely responded that even with the small discount, I would not be a returning customer. I originally only wished to relay constructive feedback on my purchase and was met with generalized responses that had absolutely nothing to do with my complaint. I ordered the items because of the message they relay and all I was met with was unprofessional responses and frustration.

Custom design do take a little long so be patient. I placed my order for Mother’s Day gift, we love them!! Customers service was amazing got email how to use tracking with tracking number. Showed up on time. I got 1 rings with my kids birthstones and 1 for my mom with her kids birthstones. Definitely ordering again !

I got my breast cancer ring a couple of years ago during my cancer journey. I’ve never taken it off and it’s still as beautiful as ever!! It’s my reminder of how far I’ve come.

Great customer service, first and foremost. I purchased an autism awareness ring and it was beautiful!!!! I use bleach a lot so I was worried it may tarnish and thankfully it does not. So happy with my purchase. ❤️

I recently purchased the “A Promise to Myself” Gemstone Bracelet from Olivia Handicrafts, and although my original item arrived defective, I was really impressed with how quickly everything was resolved. I contacted customer service right away, and they responded promptly and sent out a replacement without any hassle.

I received the new bracelet within a week, and it’s absolutely beautiful! I’m extremely happy not only with the product but also with the excellent customer service. It’s clear they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Horrible company, do not lose your money here. I purchased 3 rings that were advertised on instagram (not specialized or custom
In any way), in mid-November. The website and confirmation email said shipping would be 3-4 days. A week later, I had no tracking information and realized they would not be arriving before I left for a trip. They were to be Christmas presents, so the non-receipt made them useless. I emailed the company (it was exactly 1 week after purchase) and they did not respond. About 2 weeks later, I still had not received a response or any information, so I disputed the charge on my credit card. A week later (a full month since the order now), I received an email asking me to cancel the credit card dispute and said that the items were shipping. I told them I no longer wanted the items, that they did not arrive on time and it had been a whole month since I ordered. Before replying they supposedly shipped the items (or so they say because the tracking number they sent doesn’t work) and are now saying they will not allow me to return them for a refund. This is absolutely not a “mom& pop” handcrafted company as advertised - the shipment is (supposedly) coming from china. The customer service is AWFUL. I read the terms just now and there is also a 25% “restocking fee” for any returns. Run run run.

My order never arrived. I have been trying to contact the company for a refund. They responded at first, then just stopped. I have now written several emails and nothing. I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do not order from here!!!
