I found the whole process of ordering and dispatch very straightforward. Unfortunately, the boots I ordered came up a but big for me but the returns/replace service was quick, simple and efficient aided by the excellent customer services skills of Sarah. I ordered a pair of Defeza Black Leather Trainers. They arrived in just a few days, looked every bit as nice as the online photos, but were too small. (I think ordering a half-size larger than your norm is wise.) The exchange process was a breeze and in less than a week I had my gorgeous pair of trainers. I got exactly what I wanted from this transaction, great looking shoe, great fit.

I recently purchased the Ellerigg Boots in black, despite some of the reviews stating the boots are "so" called cheap, poor finish, less well made, plastic soles etc etc etc, I found the boots to be excellent !!!, no complaints my end, the only change I had to make was the laces, wasn't convinced with the laces they came in, they look much better with the extra long 140cm thick round black laces, and would you believe it ? when I contacted Oliver Sweeney to check which size laces would be best, they sent me a pair for free, what more can you ask for....as for the boots? you get sturdy waxed leather, which will only get better with age & wear, a padded tongue, collar & your pull tab for ease in gettin them on, full leather lining & cushioned leather insole, cool brass D-rings for a flexible fit. The soles are excellent, they are super lightweight with a deep cleated sole, so they grip well, I've worn them everyday for a week & they are super comfy, purchased when in the sale.......what a steal !!!, money well spent...A+

Great range of products, quality kit tho pricing a little toppy for some tho.
Found fit of shoes & boots problematic (tight fits) but their customer service was first class in resolving.
Overall, v happy & will buy again.
