Love Oliver Sweeney shoes and trainers, I have many pairs. Recent experience with Sarah in the customer service team, was above and beyond. That’s why I’ll keep coming back.

Ordered some jeans, and trainers. Jeans were great, the trainers leather was slightly warped, but they quickly arranged a replacement pair. Great communication, and the the trainers are fantastic.

Made an order, Royal Mail sending my purchase miles away in a different part of the country. I contacted O/S customer, Sarah came to the rescue and resolved the issue that Royal Mail caused, so a big thank you to Sarah for a five star customer service

Great customer service from Sarah. Nothing was too much trouble. Emailed me with all the details of the sizing worries I had and even rang me when I didn't understand. It's a shame all companies can't be more like this. Thanks again Sarah for being patient and going above and beyond. It was much appreciated.

I reported an issue by email. Within 12 hours, I received a personal call outlining my issue and what they were prepared to do to resolve my concern. In this day and age, it is unusual to find a business that shows their true customer service by their actions. A breath of fresh air and confirmed my future business with them. Very good. Great products

Unfortunately, the shoes are not of good quality. After wearing them for only a week, they started to destroy my socks. The material is not breathable, and the upper part around the big toe area wore out very quickly, creating a hole.

As a result, six pairs of my socks were damaged.

Customer service was not willing to provide a refund. After I sent the shoes for inspection, they confirmed the hole had formed, but they still refused to issue a refund and instead offered a gift voucher.

A voucher is not a good solution for me, as I am concerned that if I buy another pair, the same problem could happen again.

Had one pair of shoes fitted lovely but the second pair were too tight even though I ordered 13. Very happy with the returns process which was quick and easy.

Was wondering if OS shoes and boots purchased in a sale are seconds? Out of thr 4 pairs purchased I’ve had to send back 3 for being to small, mainly to narrow to put on. Would have thought 2 pairs being boots there wouldn’t have been a problem.

After mistakenly updating only my billing address I realised the shipping address was incorrect once I received the order confirmation. The trainers were a birthday gift and I was in a panic. I emailed the company and promptly received a response from Sarah confirming the shipping address has been amended. I want to thank them for the swift and helpful response. they truly went the extra mile and I know my husband will love his gift.

I've bought Oliver Sweeney shoes for years and have always rated the quality and design of their shoes. Good to know that their customer service is up there with their craftsmanship! Very impressed with the response I had from their team to an issue I faced with my order. The issue was investigated promptly and a resolution found quickly from someone who was clearly a longstanding member of the team. We realised, in fact, he had once sold me shoes directly back when they had their own stores in central London. In an age of faceless companies and outsourced call centres, it was great to feel that I was interacting with real people who were invested in what they were doing and committed to looking after their customers. Highly recommended all round.
