This company is a complete scam, and I’m furious. The "London" name is a total lie—they’re actually based in Guangdong, China. If you’re unlucky enough to buy their worthless junk (and trust me, you’ll want to return it because it’s garbage), get ready to fork out £30 just to send it back. Unbelievable!

This company is not based in London period! I ordered from them thinking they were a UK retailer only to find out after the fact that my order still hasn’t shipped when I ordered it a week ago! They provided tracking that shows nothing and when they replied to my email they explained that the courier had not picked up the item but the order was processed 😡. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!

Absolute rubbish !!! I ordered the wool winter coat and it is shapeless cheap material . Fake photos that were obtained from another web page are used on website !! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY

I am so thankful to read these reviews before I ordered! I have just tried to ring Oliver Harrison to query their sizing but the number was not recognized. I now realize they are a Chinese company and that the Oliver Harrison London email is totally misleading. Thank you Trustpilot.

This is a rip off company … Do Not Buy Anything … the items take ages , they are expensive … especially when you receive the package … I cried when I opened mine … it was a winter coat £70 … and it was so awful I wouldn’t line my dog basket with it … I tried to return it but it has to go back to China and you have to pay about £ 20 or £30 to do it … but I wouldn’t because they probobly won’t refund you anyway … be aware of this company ..is there any way this total scam company can be taken off social media sites .. ???? It must be illegal ..

I wish I had read some reviews before ordering. The payment has been taken but the size ordered was not in stock...offered a smaller size. I declined and asked for a refund which has yet to materialise...I am now doubtful that I'll get it...do not have anything to do with this company!

Wish I’d read reviews before I bought linen trousers that were 100% polyester. Refund offered was 10% or post back to China, with no guarantee that it would be received. Shocking!

After you have purchased the product you realize it's US dollars. The shoe size was correct but the top part loose and floppy. Unusable. Will not refund or take them back.
One month later they came back and took more money from my account. Please DO NOT buy anything from them. You will be paying for it more than once. They save your banking details

I purchased a dress from this company.
No. 1. The dress was rubbish and very ill fitting even though I followed their size guide.
No. 2. At the beginning of the transaction they asked what country I was from and changed to $Aus dollars but at the payment time it was swiftly converted to US$s.
No. 3. There was two payments taken from my account and I had to close that account and request my bank to regain one of the payments. The smaller amount was returned but I was still out of pocket $A23 which I will never see again.

Melbourne Company does not exist on fb any more. Very suspicious. After purchasing a pair of shoes which I thought were Australia based, an email came from a different company called Loud Rhythm in USA. They enforced an additional deceitful subscription fee of $74.20 for not “opting out” of some free 7 day service which I did not subscribe to in the first place. Cancelled credit card.

BEWARE - This is a scam advert. If you try to email them you will see it is a very weird email address. They have another company (HypeYez.com) fulfil the order. I received the wrong product from them and they refused to entertain any replacement despite my proving it is incorrect. THEN they took three amounts out of my account before I blocked them. Do not do business with this organisation!

Bought sandals from this mob 11/1/24. Noticed it came on my account via iseasy.com in England. Charged in USD. False tracking number but I could contact them via email. Also noticed I could cancel my subscription which I did not sign up for. Tried the website today but it seems to have gone with the fairies. Cancelled my credit card and suggest to all to do the same.

This company is a scam, ordered shoes for $29.95, was billed $44.18 and to add insult to injury i was charged $1.50 international card fee, I have not received goods paid for. These THEIVES need hanging and i would gladly oblige.
