The worst dress company- do not purchase from this place. The dress is cheaply made and sizing is way off. They don’t return for sizing issues.

Horrible experience. Paid for it, ordered extra cleaning supplies and more salt pods. Doent work half the time. Piece o9f crap!

I ordered a car cover from Walmart and received the wrong size. Walmart had me email this company only to have them give me a list of reasons why it’s a bad idea to return and what a hassle it will be for me so keep the item and they will offer me $5 for my troubles but NO refund. Instead of offering customer service they are hassling me. Shame on Walmart for using this company.

After emailing with them several times they want me to pay for shipping and send it. Until the receive it will they will refund me. I don’t trust them! I don’t think they will refund me. I will go to Walmart and see if I can get my money back through them.

I ordered a jumpsuit and a bikini from Novashe. They took a long time to arrive, although they were very quick to take my payment! When the goods eventually arrived I didn't even bother to try them on. They weren’t of good quality and the sizing looked completely wrong. I had to email the company for advice re returns. I then had to wait for a” reason for return “ docket. I ticked the box to inform them I was not happy with the quality or sizing and wanted a refund. They were reticent to give me an address as I had been told by email not to send it back to the address on the package, which was a London, U.K. one. I would have to ship it back to China at my
expense, which was almost the cost of the items! They then said that sometimes the goods never arrived back, therefore, they couldn’t offer a refund. Also the shipping took so long to arrive back to China that the returns date would have expired.They offered me a £5 credit and I could keep the items , or give them to charity! After many emails which got an occasional ” copy and pasted “ reply and written in very bad English, I decided to contact my credit card company. They credited the amount back onto my card, and said they would contact Novashe and try to get some explanation as to why they don’t honour their returns policies. The items went to a charity shop.
Do NOT buh anything from this shoddy company, they’re working a scam. Also, always use a credit card to purchase goods or services online as they offer better protection than a debit card.

Why does Walmart deal with this company? I ordered from them and immediately cancelled my order only to find out that they apparently had already shipped my package! I insisted they give me a refund and nobody answered my email.

I immediately went to my bank and had them open a case against them and put a stop payment on my account. They also told me they wouldn't be charging me until my package had shipped. My question how did it only take a matter of minutes for my order to be processed packaged and mailed in all of 10 minutes!

Shame on Walmart for allowing this!

Can't Express enough how I regret ordering my bridesmaid dress from this so called dress fashion website. I have yet to receive my $81 refund since August of last year for the most horrendous dress which they claimed was elegant. The picture was a complete fabrication from what I received. I had to go to a specialty shop to get another dress. Please don't buy ANYTHING from this website!! Complete fraud!!!

It's awful. Total scam. I am reporting them as a scam online marketplace. The dresses do not match up to the photographs. The quality is DREADFUL. Dresses looked nothing like pictures online and the quality was absolutely dreadful: bad fabric, bad stitching, etc.
Worst company I have ever dealt with - I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. The company is fraudulent and makes it impossible to get your money back for exchanges. Horrible product. Do not purchase from this company.
They are the most dishonest company I ever had to deal with, they advertise false products, they avoid refunding, and quality of the products is absolutely disgusting!

Ordered a shirt by the size chart on there website and it is far to small
Have been emailing them constantly trying to get a return address and they have not replied to any emails.
On there website the do not have any return address so l guess I'm stuck with a shirt of very poor quality and that doesn't fit me.
I won't be ordering anything from NOVASHE again.

I have been sent a dress that is ridiculously made in regards to sizing....it looks more like a crappy dressing gown...I am trying to go through refund process but they are making it very challenging...I will not be purchasing off them ever again and do not recommend anyone do so either...

I only give them 1 star because I have to. I ordered on the 16nth of November and they just informed me the dress is out of stock. But that's after i asked if i could expedite shipping. I also saw their ads through fb and will be reporting to fb.

I saw their ad thru Facebook their stuff looks amazing on photos. When I received the items I was so disappointed the quality was bad and not even close to the pictures they post in their website. It took 25 days to deliver the items, after emailing them 3 times that I haven’t received confirmation of my order . The only time they responded to me was after threatening them that I will write a bad review. The worst place you can order your clothes, really bad quality and bad costumer service! 😩😩😩

Do not order from this site . They advertise on Instagram and the clothes they have on the website is not even their clothes and models. They take pictures from other websites and provide a cheap imitation of it .

I ordered a bathing suit from them and it did not look like the picture. I contacted them to do a return and they said instead of returning we will credit you back $5. I bought the item for $22. We went back and forth and eventually , I agree for a refund of $12, better than nothing and they said to keep the bathing suit or give it to someone as a gift .

Appalling quality of clothes and a deliberate attempt to dissuade you from pursuing a refund by sending you endless emails trying to convince you to keep the crappy item with a partial refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They are a COMPLETE SCAM the dress that was sent was not at all what the advertisement looked like. Completely CHEAP quality! Then when you are unsatisfied they say you are responsible for shipping cost back to Nanjing city Jiangsu province in China, or a 5 dollar credit! Never order from this company they are HORRIBLE and a complete SCAM!

I got scammed. I wanted to get a handbag. It was for a really good price and the pictures looked good. To bad I never received it and even if I did, the majority of people who actually received their item said it was really bad quality. I sent them many emails but never answered. Novashe: Never should belive me! I ordered it on the 15th of March and it is October.
