Oliver Bonas are very swift to pack and dispatch your order but sadly they use Evri for their deliveries so I always expect to get at least three delivery dates from Evri before the parcel actually is delivered. A very bad delivery service to use for their company. What is wrong with DPD or Royal Mail who are reliable. Sick of receiving emails from Evri saying they were sadly unable to deliver when you have been at home all day waiting for the parcel and know that they didn't even attempt to deliver it.

Bought as a gift, but excellent quality, great communication and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

I called into the Reigate branch to check stock of a specific item. The team member I spoke to was super helpful and managed to locate one at another store...I am one happy customer

I ordered corderoy pants. I normally get size 10. but your size guide said the waist on your size 10 was ( from memory)only about 26 ins. So I went for size 12 which said about 29 ins. when they arrived they were about size 16 with waist 32 plus. otherwise the cloth quality and cut were just great. such a pity. I was going to reorder but thought even size 10 might be too big.

An absolutely glorious shop. My only complaint is I will never stop spending here haha!! It is perfection in shop form, from its unstoppable products to its incredible prices, it is all three parts of my holy trinity, it is my 4th husband, I would sell my children for this shop. Great product

I recently bought a blue and cream sun print v-neck tiered midi dress for a trip to India. it was in the sale and I thought it would be ideal for travelling in.
It's actually gorgeous, very well-made with a fine silver thread which wasn't clearly visible in the photos. It fits beautifully and it's far too nice to travel in! I'm very happy with it.
