The service and delivery was fine but the product was dreadful. I bought my usual size but the shoulders of the jumper were part way down my arms and the sleeves came way over my hands. The jumper was probably the right length but the fact that the shoulder seams came in the wrong place meant there wasn't a good fit and it bagged very badly in the area underneath the arms. Very badly designed. I am a stock size and this was just a very poorly designed or manufactured pattern. Very disappointed and returned promptly for a refund. Online voucher meant I could only order in store but not take the item home as it had to be delivered to my home or to the store despite being in stock there.

Ordered a bag for a birthday on Sunday on previous Weds - didn’t get an order paperwork, so chased Friday, no chat agents or tel agents available…..still hadn’t been despatched 6pm Friday

And then allocated to Evri - why do businesses use Evri? - they are so poor, particularly for weekend deliveries

Evri tried to deliver to wrong address on Sat and sent message saying it would be delivered next working day. At which point I started to plan alternatives….

But to be fair Evri then delivered later in the day…..

Nice product, got delivered Just before the day, but not an easy experience - no order paperwork (checked spam), and no agents available when I needed them (Friday lunchtime). Needs to be better! Unfortunately Amazon sets the benchmark!

Have not yet received my order! Fault of the courier Evri who are rubbish here in Cornwall! Had I known OB used Evri I would not have placed the order!

Unfortunately my order has not arrived. I had arranged for it to be delivered to one of your pick up points but it still hasn’t arrived. I’m sorry for the negative feedback.

I don’t normally leave feedback but credit where credit is due. It was then end of the working day on a busy Saturday in London (Tottenham Court Road store) and I couldn’t find a cushion cover I’d been lusting after and wanted to see the colour of it in the flesh. I asked the store assistant (a lovley helpful blonde young lady)for help. She checked stock and said there should be one out back in the depths of the stock room and returned back with one for me to look at. Made my day. Beautiful product. Great quality but more to the point. Great customer service in a world that would normally say “order it online”

I can't comment on the product as it was never received.
Unfortunately OB use EVRI - had I known this I would never have ordered. EVRI constantly 'lose' parcels when delivering in my area. Yes I'll get my money back in 3-5 days time but that's hardly the point. If OB continue to use EVRI I won't be ordering again.

I love the shopping experience, but the fact that I cannot return items via my partner who works next door to the shop is a slight disappointment. I have sent him with my phone (as used Apple Pay) today and it was refused. This seems like a different to approach to other stores and I'm sure if I sent returns with my sister the staff would not ask for ID. Some clarity about this would be helpful and an alternative way made available should some be unable to be the store with their card in person.

Awful service! Ordered on a Thursday and paid extra for a Saturday delivery. The item didn’t arrive and no communication or apology email received. Definitely wouldn’t recommend 🙁

Why are you poisoning us OLIVER BONAS??? I have just done a LEAD test on a mug I bought from your shop and it came up DARK PURPLE!!!

Let down by Evri delivery.
Ordered before 8am Saturday and it’s now Thursday afternoon and parcel is not yet available for collection from Evri pick up location. Update from Evri that they were unable to deliver yesterday.
Hopefully I’ll get some good news later this afternoon.

No problem with the order. Arrived within the week as stated with choice of delivery.Clothes were nicely wrapped up. Very happy with the whole experience. Thankyou
