Outstanding service

Outstanding service! There was a small issue with the condition of the item delivered. When I raised this, I was super-impressed with how seriously they treated my concern. With no fuss, they professionally, respectfully and efficiently shipped another one free of charge that was even better than the original. I can't recommend them highly enough! Scammers Poor quality products arriving…

Scammers Poor quality products arriving from China, terrible return policy(wonder why). They try to convince over and over again to keep their products, don't want returns, and once they approve the return, you have to pay and they don't give refund. Scammers.

Great customer care and service

I couldn’t find my order

I couldn’t find my order, which I was told had been delivered, and after I contacted Olivenorma, they provided a photograph so I could quickly locate it. The t-shirt is exactly as described and a good quality.

They treat you as if you were an idiot!

So the website says it takes about 2 weeks for the item to be delivered to your house. A month passed by so I decided to contact them. They treated me as if I were stupid and as if I was trying to scam them. In the beginning of my email i sent them paypal receipt as a proof i have paid and told me i havent received any invoice or order number from them which was weird already a month ago. so they were treating me really badly and after 3 days of emailing they apologised and said that the item i ordered a month ago just left their warehouse NOW. to which i responded that i only contacted them cause i wanted a refund not for the item to be sent now and then i told them it would be fair if they gave me some discount on it. obviously no answer… now i keep trying to get my refund. i do not want to support something that deserves to be shut down.

Terrible service

Terrible service. I ordered leaving plenty of time for the item to arrive, including the long shipping time and it still NEVER came in time. I still haven’t received my order and it’s been 25 days. I emailed and no one helped - the response was an apology but still no rush for my order to be sent.

I would not recommend

I ordered a little crystal duck for my niece. On the website it said it came with a card with a thoughtful message and looked like a lovely item.
It has just arrived, not a quick delivery.
It was sellotaped in bubble wrap and in a jiffy bag, no sign of the card.
It is not at all what as it is depicted on the website in my view.
I wish I could post a picture to show everyone what I received.
The latest update to this is that after liaising with the company I agreed to keep the product if they sent me the little card to go with it , which explained the qualities of the duck and the benefits it should hopefully give. They asked me to remove/amend my review. I agreed to await the cards arrival as I accept mistakes can be made.
It is now the 5th of March and still no card. I have been asked to accept a 20% refund, which in order to save any further hassle I have accepted. I am told the delay is caused by the warehouse being closed for Chinese New Year. My niece's birthday has now passed!
I thought it was worth sharing my experience.
I try to be fair when putting a review on here so I will say that today I received a pretty little box with a card showing a lovely message. Whilst it is too late for my nieces birthday when I put it all together it will make a nice gift for someone.

They are so unhelpful ! Complete scam have been trying to get a refund for over two weeks and they have decided to ignore my emails. They only responded with an offer of 10% refund or 20% percent off for next order. Complete scam . Do not buy from them
