Love the pieces I bought! The Mrs Pendant necklace was bought as a bridal gift to my friend and the Dream Little Dream Stud set I kept the Daisy studs and gave the Halo studs to my friend in addition to the Mrs Pendant necklace. Love all of them! The studs are perfect for everyday use.

my order never arrived. its been 10 days since it was supposed to be delivered but still cant get it.

Received my jewelry and was blown away at how beautiful it was. The quality is outstanding. It stunning! Got some people looking!!
My only issue was the timing of how O+P respond to emails. Too many days in between before I got a replay. I did receive an apology and they did acknowledged their mistakes and I appreciate that. I guess, just be patient.

Overall, I will definitely be returning to O+P as a customer in the near future.

I've ordered twice from Olive & Piper and their customer service is beyond amazing! To start, their jewelry pieces are simply beautiful. They can sell themselves as the designs are truly gorgeous. One of the pearl necklaces I ordered broke in my first order and Tania was very helpful and offered to exchange the damaged piece. In my second order, the hinge on the necklace clasp was not closing properly, again, Tania did not hesitate to replace it. The quality of Olive & Piper's pieces are top knotch and these were just minor things. Thank you, Tania and I will definitely be ordering more in the very near future!

The Woodlands broach set and Pearl Chloe studs are fantastic, I ended up finally purchasing them after looking at these items for about a month - and i'm so pleased!! Even wearing the earrings around the house - they are very comfortable. Everyone needs a little bling in their life! Thanks olive + piper

Beautiful jewellery but I will not purchase again. I Ordered a custom ring however did not recieve my package. Requested information from store about delivery company but I did not get a response. After speaking to multiple delivery companies I discovered the final delivery was to be made by Canada Post. The ssender is required to notify Canada post that the package was not received but this did not occur. My questions were unanswered. And I received no support . Very disappointed in the customer service as my purchase was around $200. My purchase is lost but I will not make the mistake of supporting this store again!

The customer service was great. One of the pair of earings was bigger than I thought but no regrets. Still deciding which one will be the pair I wear on my big day.
