Excelent. The only limitation is that the products only seens to be shipped from UK. Unfortunately the case malfunctioned on my 3th dive The camera drowned. ☹

I received an incorrect audio back door…
I received an incorrect audio back door to my waterproof case due to a misleading description of the item on the website. In view of this Olfi sent me the correct one without charge. Good customer service.

Great little camera
Great little camera, can't compare it to the alternatives as this is my first but the picture quality is good and the stabilisation works well.
Delivery was quick and within the quoted timescale despite my order going in between Christmas and New year.

Great service and customer support.
Great company to deal with, customer service is brilliant and the cameras are excellent value for money. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the Olfi Black is still unfortunately not quite there for usability.
Update on usability: I bought an Olfi Black to take advantage of the external microphone and the case with an external port however I discovered after buying that this retains the waterproofing only for a charge lead and not the external microphone. When canoeing I still cannot maintain water proofing and record sound without a DIY solution.

There was a firmware update released for the camera in 20th February 19 - i think it'd benefit you to update your firmware to this version as the firmware specifically addresses quiet audio by improving on the volume levels under the "Audio Sensitivity" setting. Great camera and superb support.
Superb camera, great customer support. Image quality is amazing. Had mine for a year now after another brand fell off its mount when cliff jumping. Olfi has proved reliable and versatile. Always good hints from their facebook group and more help when I met them at Carfest this year. This action cam is "the one"!

Great value for money - excellent quality.
So impressed with my Olfi camera. I took it travelling around the world for a year. We did extensive research before buying the camera and found that this was the best choice for the best value for money. It didn't disappoint. Really easy to use, great quality, easy to get footage off of the camera, compatible with so many accessories and they also provide a great customer service. Would highly recommend investing in this action cam!

Fantastic product
Fantastic product. I love using mine. Easy set up so I could get on with filming. Use mine mountain biking and paddle boarding. It has all the attachments needed. Also the company has been great when I have phone with any questions.

Great customer service and feel confident in the camera knowing that the company offer a free accidental break & replace warranty. I dont think we will need it as it is really good quality. Fast delivery & the photos so far have been excellent. Really pleased with this purchase.
