Very nice watch! Easy to set and looks great. I got the black with gold accents. I have a displace case that rotates to keep it charged. I’ve had it now for a few weeks and it has kept good time too.

This watch is cheap and looks nothing…
This watch is cheap and looks nothing like the pictures online! They market it to make it look similar to a Rolex but once you see it in person you will realize it is not worth 5 cents. Their customer service is horrible as well and they will send you a broken watch and then not allow returns. Stay Away!!!

The dial is alright for < $90 AUD but the metallic strap quality is terrible. It feels some cheap and fragile form of Steel. Bad build quality.
The strap broke while trying to adjust the size. Paid a watch guy to fix it.
Then it broke again within 2-3 weeks of regular wear.
The customer service is responsive but they cannot make up for a bad bad product.
Do NOT buy OLEV Watches. It's a SCAM.

Olevs watch - absolute garbage
I read some good reviews and even reviews rating these watches against Rolex. I bought a Rolex look alike to try it as I own a Rolex submariner which is awesome. Unfortunately Olevs is not even close. It has a cheap feeling even picking it up and has lasted exactly three months before stopping. Absolute crap quality. I opened the back and it's basically a standard movement you would find in a real cheap watch. Go buy a watch from your local jeweller for the same price which is a much better option. Update comment: I have no idea why it's stated in the response the watch is not authentic and furthermore who would copy and make fake watches of a low value product. 🤔

The watch was received pretty fast. It works as it was advertised. I was able to ser it up pretty easy. I have been enjoying for more than a week. So far, it's very accurate, and provides a lot more information than other smart watches I own. I LOVE IT!

Ordered a quartz watch
Ordered a quartz watch, received a mechanical watch which is secs late per day. Tried to replace the awful band, had to destroy it for lack of instructions and terrible tool.
Put the watch in the trash, where it belongs. Did not dare to touch the second watch, ordered at the same time. Have to brace myself first.

Utter scam
Watch stopped working after 4 months, emailed support and got rapid reply about how to return. Posted back to China by tracked service as instructed, since then, nothing - no response to emails, no refund and no exchange. Do not purchase from this company, utter scam.

We have checked our customer records and your name/order does not exist in our system.
There are many sellers around the world offering OLEVS-branded watches — on marketplaces such as Amazon, AliExpress, eBay, or various local online shops. Each of those sellers operates with their own pricing and their own warranty/return policies.
Because of that, it would not be fair to purchase from Seller A and then post a complaint against Seller B.
Just as any retailer, we can only provide support for customers who purchased directly from us at Olevsstore.com.

1. OLEVS does not sell directly to consumers.
All products are distributed through independent resellers.

We’ve explained this to you multiple times (very patiently, we might add):
👉 We are not the manufacturer of OLEVS.
👉 We are not the official brand owner.
👉 We are simply an authorized distributor with our own independent store (olevsstore.com).
👉 We can only assist customers who made purchases directly from our website.
Unfortunately, since you bought the product on Amazon, you need to contact the seller on Amazon for help. That’s how the system works.
Now, we understand the seller on Amazon is refusing to help and is conveniently telling you to "contact OLEVS." That’s shady, misleading, and honestly, quite disrespectful to you as a customer. They’re passing the buck—and you’re right to be upset. But please understand: we are not “OLEVS headquarters.” We’re just another seller (like them), and we have no responsibility or ability to handle their sales.
