My cheap watch has not turned up 25 days after purchase.
They now want me to chase there delivery partner for info .

Ordered the 9931 olevs watch and it quit working after 2 hours. Contacted them and after 7 days they finally replied said I needed to pay to return to Singapore. What a fly by night company. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

OLEVS watch stopped working in a month
I recently purchased a OLEVS watch and it stopped working after a month. I contacted the company and they responded at first asking for the order#. I responded with the order# and copy of invoice, but since then they have not reaponded, even though I sent them two reminders. I would not recommend OLEVS to anyone because of this bitter experience.

Olevs Watches does not stand behind their products
I could not be more disappointed in the quality of this watch matched only by the poor response I have received from the Seller, Olevs Watches. This is a beautiful watch. I bought it based on the inaccurate video where they show you the crystal is scratch resistant. It is not. This is a dress watch so I have only worn it a handful of times. Sure enough the crystal scratched. I sent pictures to Olevs Watches and asked what I could do. Their response was I could buy the watch again, and they will give me a discount coupon ONLY if I buy the watch directly from them. I went to their website and added the coupon. The cost was $10 more than if I just bought it again from Amazon. I asked them about this and shared screen shots of the cost difference. They have not responded. If I was to buy the watch again, the new watch would surely scratch just as easily. The video showing that it is scratch resistant is still up and should be taken down as it is misleading and false advertising. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I don’t think Olevs Watches stands behind their products. They didn’t for me.
