We utilized BehaviorLive to host our annual conference and found the process for registration, CEUs, payment to be seamless!

OkWhen has become our primary partner for conferences and trainings because they simplify everything while helping us grow. Their platform centralizes registration, payments, call for papers, CEU tracking, mobile app, and content library, which has reduced admin work and errors across our events.

StreamCase has been a key driver of additional revenue, allowing us to stream and record multiple rooms at once and then repurpose sessions for virtual and on-demand access. We now monetize content beyond the live event, reaching more attendees without increasing on-site staffing.

Their AV and planning support (including site selection, room blocks, and logistics) is professional, organized, and reliable. The team communicates clearly, solves problems quickly, and genuinely takes ownership of event outcomes.

Overall, OkWhen has helped us run smoother events, improve the attendee experience, and increase revenue from both live and virtual participation.

Every detail is well thought out but what sets it apart is the human support behind the system, This seems to be part of the company culture from the CEO on down. I highly recommend using Behavior Live for your next conference! The team has been amazing to work with. Carrie was extremely responsive to all questions that we asked and was willing to set up a meeting any time we needed her. She made sure we were on track as the date of the event approached and made the website set up process easy. The team met with our venue right before the conference to ensure all the AV details were taken care of. We had Caleb on-site during our conference, as we did the hybrid model. He was fantastic and every AV issue was quickly resolved with him there. We will definitely be using them again for future events!
