Good place to order any item you are seeking.
The order took a bit to ship out but arrived on time. It was the first time I purchased an item here and it was well worth it. I do recommend this place to anyone shopping here and if you have any questions about the items you can reach out to them; they will answer within a few hours or a day depending on their work hours.

I had big problems getting the package…
I had big problems getting the package after I hadn't paid for shipping when I bought it, I had to pay extra. Up until then everything was fine, but then I got a letter from the German post office about customs or something. After I had sent my transaction to the German post office regarding the contents of the package, I had to go to the post office and pay again. It all went badly. I had to pay three times the value of my package.

I double check your concern, you used Personal Stock, it's a service to hold product in the warehouse for a future shipment. Usually, customers use this service to merge different orders to decrease a bit shipping fee.
What we requested before shipment, it's just shipping fee for Registered Small Packet.
After arrived to your post office, German post asked you for the VAT which is paid to your government.
It's always annoying when we have to pay taxes but it's directly not related to our service.
To be honest, even with taxes and shipping fee still a good price for the products you bought.

And then, you tried to charge-back your payment after received your package without any message to us.
