A joy to shop in Oka.

My personal experiences have always been positive with good staff interface.The staff really do enjoy their work.

Purchasing Prints
I went into the store to purchase some prints I'd seen online. Chris helped me navigate pre-purchase as they were out of stock. The delivery charge is high so it made sense to look at some other items to place on the same order. The sale and additional 15% off made this an attractive deal. Chris was very pleasant and so helpful with his product advice. It's an inspirational store with beautiful room sets.

Absolutely amazing
Absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful staff at the Newcastle store.
After DPD lost part of my order and then damaged the replacement, the staff at the store went above and beyond helping me sort it out and finding an alternative store where I could get a replacement for the damaged item.
Thank you to the whole team for keeping me updated and all your help through the whole experience which was all due to DPD's fault.
