On the While Good
After a bit of a discussion about whether a refund could be given on a faulty cushion cover, I found the sales lady to be very helpful and informative as she presented lots of different options.
The returns policy is not great though.As the manager was in a meeting I was initially told to contact customer service. I bought the cover from the shop.

Excellent products and customer service
I’ve bought some lovely pieces of furniture and soft furnishings from the Harrogate Oka store recently and over the last couple of years. I am delighted with how they have added another level of style and quality to my home.
The staff in the Harrogate store are all approachable, friendly and helpful, particularly Zoe, who has gone out of her way to help me achieve the look I want.
Zoe has been so supportive, putting together design ideas without any pressure at all. I have felt comfortable in taking my time and, as a result, I am delighted with the comfort and look of my home.
