I didn’t get the feeling of enthusiasm from the person behind the counter and in some respects, they were a bit blunt when responding to my questions. I didn’t feel welcomed.

Great service - just what you’d expect from Oka!
After a visit to decide what we liked, a follow-up phone call the next day found me speaking with the ever helpful Bethany @ the Marlborough store. In no time at all, we had dimensions and purchased two armchairs. They were wrapped carefully to protect them and ready for collection. I always love visiting Oka – their furniture and soft furnishings are beautifully designed and excellent quality. I recently bought a floor lamp with a gorgeous lampshade and couldn’t be happier with it. The pieces really add character and warmth to my home. Highly recommend!
