Oka store Broadway
I contacted Poli at the Oka store, Broadway to purchase some garden furniture. This was not straight forward as I purchased ex display items which required independent delivery. Poli went above and beyond to help with my purchase and sourcing a local delivery company. Absolutely faultless service and would highly recommend.

We have been served by Charlotte and it was such a wonderful experience. After completing our purchase, Charlotte has kindly offered to wrap up our purchases while we went for a stroll and a quick coffee. Overall such a lovely experience.

Fabulous store with professional service.
The Broadway store is beautifully laid out as room sets, showing the products to best advantage. Staff were helpful and checked my purchase (a set of four wine glasses) in case of any faults. Staff were also helpful in agreeing to me storing my wheelchair with them while I looked around. ( I can walk very short distances.) The glasses are lovely and I will enjoy using them.

I shopped in my local OKA store yesterday (Broadway) and was so lucky to be greeted by of the designers, Claire, who offered to help me choose some new cushions. Becca at Broadway … excellent customer service!
Becca at Broadway has been extremely helpful.
She supported me with a return from
an online purchase and also held an item for me which was no longer available online but there was one in store. She made notes from my initial enquiry making it really easy to complete my purchase when I called in to collect.
It’s not that often you find such great customer service these days!
