Poli and Claire were both incredible
Poli and Claire were both incredible . They were so helpful on pulling everything together for us making life so much easier. This is the second time we have made large purchases with Poli and she makes it efficient and fun! Claire was so helpful guiding me with which patterned cushions worked well with other patterns something I have always found impossible! We will be back for more great customer experience. Buying from Oka.
Whilst Oka have a very strange and, frankly, inconvenient ordering system that needs a complete rethink, we try and have purchases sent to our nearest shop, which is Broadway, for personal collection. This has proved to be the easiest and most cost effective way of buying from Oka. That said, service at Broadway is second to none and with a special thanks to Claire who is always so helpful and pleasant both in person and over the 'phone. Thanks, Claire, 5 Stars!
