Super friendly

Super friendly, helpful and fast responses (thank you Lauren, Elizabeth, Paige and Ellie). The customer service was outstanding; they helped me with everything I needed and resolved my issue very quickly.

Thank you so much for the good customer service

Excessive email for sale. Obscure email for points expiring.

I was saving up my points for almost 2 years, typically if there was a sale of some sort I’d get emails, texts, notifications in your face.

I had 35$ in rewards I was looking to use for my cousins wedding and come to find they’ve expired. When I consulted they said they sent an email. Most obscure email they’ve ever sent me. Not to mention since I’ve discovered them their prices have skyrocketed. They want Mac Duggal prices. Absolutely not.

I used to tell everyone and their mothers to use this shop but now, not a chance. Thank god for Showpo.

The dresses really feel good & gives…

The dresses really feel good & gives you a confidence boost. I had to return them, because i ordered a S. Normally i wear an S, it fits good on the belly & stuff, but the arms are really tight. But also the return is quite good. My dress in M is already underway.

Great Customer Service

Our returns policy, including the timeframes for refunds and store credit, is outlined across our website and returns portal. For international orders placed before 27 February 2026, items must be returned within 30 days for a refund, or within 45 days for store credit.

In this case, your order was placed on 25 January and the return was registered on 6 March, which is 10 days outside of the 30 day refund window. As a result, the return was eligible for store credit in line with our policy.

I’m really disappointed with my experience

I’m really disappointed with my experience ordering from Oh Polly.

I paid extra for 1–2 business day express shipping, but my order was never even dispatched. The tracking has been stuck on “shipment information received,” meaning the parcel was never handed to the courier.

Customer service repeatedly told me the item was “lost” and pushed me to file a claim through a third-party (Protect Plus), instead of resolving the issue directly or sending a replacement.

This caused unnecessary stress, especially as I needed the dress by a specific date.

Overall, very poor handling of the situation and not what you’d expect when paying for express delivery.

We just wanted to clarify that Protect+ is a service selected at checkout, designed to resolve issues like lost or undelivered orders as quickly as possible. While our standard internal process can take up to 5 days to investigate delivery issues, Protect+ allows claims to be reviewed much faster, with most being resolved within 1 business day.

As your tracking hadn’t updated after dispatch, this is exactly the type of situation Protect+ is there to help with. We can see that once a claim was opened, your order was refunded in full.

That said, we’re really sorry for any confusion around this process and how it was communicated to you. We completely appreciate your feedback and will be reviewing this internally to improve the experience going forward.

Amazing quality

Amazing quality, dress is exactly as what is shown in pictures. Sizing chart helped tremendously. 5’3, 150 pounds and a Medium in dresses. Size 6 was the perfect size!

great customer service

I had an issue with a delayed delivery due to the carrier. The parcel wasn't going to arrive before my holiday so I got in contact with customer services. The response was swift and they arranged for the parcel to be sent back and issued a refund. I believe a company is carried by its customer service and how they respond when an issue arises. They handled this very well and I will continue to order in future (though I may not cut it so fine with pre-holiday orders!)
