Amazing experience! Ordering was easy and delivery quick. Malachi and his colleague were a great delivery team. They put the 12 desks we ordered up so quickly and efficiently and help with my request for stacking them without any issues. Really nice guys that were hard working, friendly and helpful.

Misleading info on delivery, on the website it says free delivery, when you call them they charge £45+ vat.
Not recommend!! Dishonest!!

Logic 400 chair. Product at best price I've found. Delivered on time, tracked, within 4 days and regular order updates. Fully working, light visible wear on the frame, perfect fabric inc headrest. Above expectations. This is a professional outfit and I'd highly recommend. Thankyou

I needed to buy a new chair for my home office and, after seeing how much high end chairs are (£1,000 plus) I decided to see if I could find a company who did high end refurbished chairs and I did. All I can say is that I had an amazing experience from start to finish and what an amazing chair was delivered to me yesterday at an amazing price - yes lots of amazings.

I certainly hit the jackpot when I found Office Resale, also listed under Crown Workspace Ardra Road,N9 _ I have put a review on both companies.

I phoned and my call was promptly returned by Chris Dumoulin who arranged for me to meet him at their warehouse. What an incredible operation they have, not only fantastic prices but also highly sustainable which is a great selling point for any company.

I think Chris mentioned they have over 2,000 chairs in stock and they refurb to order. Whether you are looking to buy for yourself or for an office refit this is certainly the place the go in the first instance. They also make furniture, desks and have an a department that deals with refurbished IT equipment.

After sitting on several chairs I found exactly what I wanted, an Allsteel Acuity Task chair which I am now sitting on. Chris was incredibly knowlegable, took his time going through everything and didn't rush me despite the fact I was only buying one chair. I used to run a European Sales Team and Chris's customer service skills are second to none.

Their communication regarding delivery was exceptional, date/time updated regularly so I knew exactly when the chair would be delivered and they were bang on time.

Ordered and paid for an item, called to confirm delivery three days in and was told it would be going out for delivery next day, only to receive an email next day saying sorry this item is out of stock! I then check website later in the day to see the item is again listed for sale. Absolute shambles of a company!

Chairs look great and the delivery man was very helpful.

The item I purchased arrived in perfect condition and very quickly., The delivery driver, Junior, was a delight - he communicated promptly, and kindly offered to carry the package up a narrow flight of stairs as it was rather big and heavy. No complaints, would highly recommend this company!

Supplied me with a great monitor that was like new - and since I already had a stand, gave me the option of just having the screen on its own, a bit cheaper. Brilliant idea!
They came into their own though when realising they'd accidentally supplied me with the wrong cable, shipped another within 24hrs with an apology.
I received a good product AND great customer service.

Bought 2 Grade B monitors and I can't fault the service.
Unfortunately one monitor came with a line of faulty pixels but they arranged collection for the next day and the replacement came next day after. Replacement is perfect. Great quality for grade B. But get the 5 stars for quality of service and speed and ease of replacement. Would recommend.

Recieived a defective chair in the wrong colour. No response via email or phone. Phone seems to be either always busy or that somebody is declining calls.

Unfortunately will have to pursue chargeback if this continues. Do not recommend.

Delivery team were very good. Punctual and kept up to date on arrival times. Efficient assembly of furniture.
Overall excellent experience. Recommend the company
