Great products, delivery problems

Every time delivery is taking too long. Sometimes cargo get lost. It is DPD to blame, but maybe this will push OfficeEasy to switch delivery partners.

Also support do not give updates on the status of your raised tickets.

Products are great though. Big selection of professional tools, and hard to come by items.

DPD had some logistic issues in the last two weeks of september. Some parcels arrived later than usual. We negotiated with DPD and all issues have been resolved. We are also currently negotiating with other delivery partners for the near future.

Totally untrustworthy place

I have ordered Samsung Flip 75 Inch and instead of ordered item, I received different product that is not worth half of the price of the ordered item. I got in touch with customer care, and for almost two weeks I am receiving response that they are trying to get in touch with their supplier. It is like I purchased item from supplier and they are trying to help me. Totally untrustworthy place, long delivery times and very poor customer service.

I ordered the headphones, and my order was blocked because the manager decided that they don't recognize my PayPal details vs delivery address. I had to give 2 follow-up calls to get it unblocked.
After that, there was no delivery, nothing for 2 weeks, and I had to call the support to check the status of the order, as the promised delivery lead time is 2 days. The support contact informed me that there was a delay with refilling the stock, but they expect to send my order within 2 days.
A few days later I had to call them again as there was no news, and was informed that the pallet with the headphones was lost by their logistics company, and they expect it to be re-processed within 2 weeks. 2 weeks later there was no news, so I called again, to listen to the same story, and was offered a follow-up call the next day. No one called me back, so I called them again, and canceled the order, with a promise of immediate reimbursement. The next day nothing happened, so I had to call them again, to learn that the management decided to introduce a 5-day return payment delay.
So, the order was placed on Sept 6, canceled on Oct 11, and the expected money return date is Oct 20! OfficeEasy NL is simply using customers as a money borrowing agent, to improve Operating Working Capital KPI at customers' expense.
Summary: it's my worst online shopping experience in years. My advice to anyone - buy from Amazon, Bol, or any other resource, but not this one.

All e-commerce websites that accept online payment methods are obliged by law to automate fraud and security checks for digital payments. Not our manager but the safety algorithm temporarily blocked your order. We contacted you to make sure the payment was legit. This is standard procedure and applies to less than 0.1% of online payments.

We bought the product you ordered directly from the manufacturer. This manufacturer is based in Sweden. The manufacturer's shipment has indeed been lost in THEIR transport partner's network. This obliged us to place a new order for which the lead time was 3 weeks. This is a very unfortunate situation but there's honestly very few we can do about it.

Logitech Brio

The camera works fine. The only thing that I didn't like, it was the box, full with oil spots and unsealed. If it will happen again, I will return the product.

All products we ship are sealed unless stated otherwise (refurbished items). It is possible tough that the box was damaged during transport. We work with external transport companies.

BAD customer service. The refund process is taking very long

The refund process is taking very long. I have shipped my item back on 22/06 and I have not received my money back. They told me my money was refunded on 21/07.
Today is 30/07 and still I have NOT received it. They are not responding well to my emails. I keep telling them I dont have the money back yet, and there is no action from them. they are literally ignoring me. the customer service is not good at all. I dont recommend buying from them.
